Upload the pdf into ChatGpt and ask it to analyze the report to help you understand market trends in the last 12 months. Ask “Who is a prime target to sell this year? Who should I call? What are some trends leading to sales of this asset type?” EtC 4. Finally, ask it to build you a prospecting goal, list and script for the week for who to reach out to! Go kill it.
