Mercury retrograde is here
Mercury retrograde is a period when communication, technology, travel, and mental processing can feel slower or more chaotic. Energetically, it’s less about disruption and more about being asked to pause, reflect, and reassess rather than push forward. You may notice delays, misunderstandings, old memories or people resurfacing, fatigue, or feeling mentally foggy especially if you’re sensitive or empathic. Nothing is wrong; your system may just need more space and regulation. Support yourself by slowing down, double-checking plans, resting more, and responding thoughtfully instead of reactively. This is a powerful time to reflect, finish what you started, clear emotional clutter, and recalibrate. If possible, avoid rushing big decisions, overcommitting, or assuming miscommunication is intentional. Mercury retrograde isn’t here to harm you, it’s here to help you realign.
