After years of failed physical therapy, I finally found someone who truly gets it. Brandon is a hypermobile personal trainer who has completely changed how I understand and approach working out with hEDS. He is incredibly detail-oriented, takes the time to understand what your body needs, and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. In just 4 months of working with him virtually, I've accomplished things I never would have thought possible. Brandon is the real deal!
