I made a thing for you!
I built a custom AI coach that walks you through a series of questions to uncover your Cold Coffee Club archetype — your natural strengths, how they show up in your business, and which pillar you should focus on first inside the community. At the end, it generates a custom energy image just for you (mine is below 🥰 - I got The Nurturer) plus a roadmap for where to put your energy first. I'd be grateful if you would test it out and let me know how it goes! If you do it, please share your image and archetype! Click here for the CCC Onboarding Concierge

I had to prompt the gpt a couple times, but here's mine. These are fun. The Architect 🐝 Not in a rigid, perfectionist way. In a grounded, intentional, builds-to-last way. Your superpower: You don’t just want momentum — you want structure that holds. You naturally think in systems. You want clarity before action. You are wired to design something sustainable instead of chaotic.
This is my planner.
And this is also my planner. Is it overkill to have two planners? Maybe. Is it wildly helpful for how my particular brain works? Absolutely! My digital planner is where Overachiever Olivia lives. That’s where the big ideas go. The shiny projects. The “this would be amazing” launches. The 174 hours and 15 minutes of backlog tasks staring at me like. It captures ev-er-y-thing. It’s endless. It’s ambitious. It’s slightly delusional in the best way. 😜 And then… There’s my physical planner. This is where Calm-It-Down Olivia shows up. This is where I look at all those shiny digital ideas and ask: - What actually moves me closer to my goals? - What realistically fits into this week? - What other hats am I wearing? - When am I going to shower? My digital planner is infinite. My paper planner has limited space. (And my Virgo-ness refuses to allow me to write outside of the given lines...) And that limitation is actually where the magic is! It forces clarity. It forces prioritization. It forces me to remember that I am in fact a human with time boundaries. Both planners serve different parts of my brain — and instead of fighting that, I built a system that works with it. 👉 So now I’m curious… What works for your brain? Are you: 📱 Digital-only? 📝 Paper-only? 🧠 “It’s all in my head and that’s going great…”? (And PS if you haven’t found your system yet — that’s okay! That’s literally what we do here. We build businesses that work with your real life, not against it.)
This is my planner.

I have tried planners, but haven't found one that works for me. So I have a todo list that I arrange the night before with my priorities at the top. And Google calendar for anything to be done at a certain time, appointments, live webinars etc. Then they both are side by side on my extra computer screen so I see them first thing in the am. And Alexa reminders thru the day. It's just me, so this works.
A fun little prompt
I saw this in another group and all of the pictures it created (aside from the first one it did for me....I'll post it in the comments 😂) were actually super cute, so sharing here! The prompt: Please create a portrait image of me based on all the information you already have about me. So a kind of vision board, or rather a live board. Include everything you've already noticed from our conversation so far in this image. Create this image in the cartoon Pixar style.

@Angela H Okay, full disclosure. That was really long, so I didn't read it all. But thank you for the information and examples. The tip to give chatty a photo to go by is super helpful
FriYAY! This or That
Happy weekend all! My son and I love listening to the daily podcast on his Yoto player (anyone else have littles who have a Yoto?). Today was a "this or that" game, which was a lot of fun. So... sharing that fun with you with a little custom this or that! Share one or all of your picks! 1. 🍳 Sweet breakfast or savory 2. 🧺 Fold laundry right away or live out of the basket 3. 📺 Rewatch a comfort show or start something new 4. 🌞 Bright mornings or moody, rainy days 5. 🛒 Grocery pickup or wandering the aisles alone 6. 🛌 Early bedtime or quiet late-night scrolling 7. 🕯 Candles or fresh air 8. 📖 Physical books or audiobooks

@Olivia Radcliffe My daily breakfast is actually kinda boring, blueberry muffins or applesauce cake. I save the more difficult recipes for gatherings.

@Olivia Radcliffe Yours is probably healthier. But I am a lifelong junk food junkie. So hard to change to healthy.
🚫 No Quick Fixes 🚫
The current series at our church is called No Quick Fix - and it's been hitting hard. (Also they made actual fake energy drinks and commercials for it and the marketer in me is 100% here for it. 😂) The whole point? You can’t chug your way to a healed heart. There’s no energy-drink-level boost for your soul. Real change takes time, intention, and support. And… the same thing is true for business. Contrary to what the ads tell you, there’s no magic funnel. No one-size-fits-all blueprint. No “just post this one thing on Instagram and watch the clients roll in” trick. Quick fixes? They’re just band-aids on burnout. 🚫 If you’ve been feeling stuck or like you’re spinning your wheels trying all the “right” things and still not getting traction - take a breath. You’re NOT doing it wrong. You’re NOT broken. You DON'T need to work harder. You DON'T need a million new strategies. ✨ You need the right foundation that supports YOU.✨ You need a business that fits inside your real, messy, beautiful life.✨ You need sustainable growth… not a sugar rush. This is your reminder that you’re allowed to take it slow. You’re allowed to build something that actually lasts. Let’s kick hustle culture to the curb, yeah?
