🚫 No Quick Fixes 🚫
The current series at our church is called No Quick Fix - and it's been hitting hard. (Also they made actual fake energy drinks and commercials for it and the marketer in me is 100% here for it. šŸ˜‚) The whole point? You can’t chug your way to a healed heart. There’s no energy-drink-level boost for your soul. Real change takes time, intention, and support. And… the same thing is true for business. Contrary to what the ads tell you, there’s no magic funnel. No one-size-fits-all blueprint. No ā€œjust post this one thing on Instagram and watch the clients roll inā€ trick. Quick fixes? They’re just band-aids on burnout. 🚫 If you’ve been feeling stuck or like you’re spinning your wheels trying all the ā€œrightā€ things and still not getting traction - take a breath. You’re NOT doing it wrong. You’re NOT broken. You DON'T need to work harder. You DON'T need a million new strategies. ✨ You need the right foundation that supports YOU.✨ You need a business that fits inside your real, messy, beautiful life.✨ You need sustainable growth… not a sugar rush. This is your reminder that you’re allowed to take it slow. You’re allowed to build something that actually lasts. Let’s kick hustle culture to the curb, yeah?

Yes please. Everyone has the perfect thing that will transform your biz and life. Thank you for permission to take it slow and choose what works for me.
Your opinion, please! šŸ™
I’ve been behind the scenes this week reorganizing the Classroom and adding fresh trainings — and it’s all coming together around five core pillars of the Cold Coffee Club. Before I put the finishing touches on everything, I’d love a little pulse check — which pillar are you most drawn to right now? No pressure, no deep explanation needed… just whatever makes your brain go, ā€œOoh… that.ā€ Here are the 5 pillars: 🧠 Pillar 1: Mindset (Rewrite the stories that are blocking success) ā° Pillar 2: Time + Energy (Get the most done in the time you actually have) šŸ’° Pillar 3: Revenue Systems (Turn your ideas into income without the hustle hangover) āš™ļø Pillar 4: Operations Systems (Make your business feel lighter by fixing what’s happening backstage) šŸ¤– Pillar 5: AI (Let tech do the heavy lifting to save you time/energy/etc.) I’m polishing the trainings inside each one, and your answers help me shape where we go first! Which pillar is calling you most right now? (Or… which one are you avoiding because it feels super hard? šŸ˜…) And if you’re not sure yet, that tells me something too!

I checked out the pillars. Some of the resources at the bottom of the pillar are paid only. Could you add the price or tier after the link so we don't keep clicking links we don't have access to yet?

@Olivia Radcliffe Printables and possibly GPTs to start, then see how it goes.
Monday reset
Every Monday, I like to do a bit of a reset before digging into my week and ask myself 4 main questions. First, I look at what I set out to accomplish last week, and ask myself 2 questions: 1. What did I accomplish that I can celebrate? 2. What didn't I accomplish and WHY NOT. (Side note: I try to make sure I come at this from a place of curiosity, not being hard on myself. There are a number of reasons why we don't accomplish our goals - they're no longer aligned, we prioritized something else, we were overly ambitious with our to-do list 😜... but we can learn a LOT about what we need to focus on when we get curious.) And second, I look at the upcoming week: 1. What are my non-negotiables (specific deadlines, appointments, etc.) 2. What do I want to accomplish in addition to my non-negotiables? From there, I can reverse engineer my goals to figure out the specific tasks and where each should live in my week. Now, this may sound like a big process, but in reality, it takes just a few minutes, often while lying in bed before the kiddos get up. Just some gentle awareness and intentionality. šŸ‘‰ Sooooo..... what does your Monday reset look like? What can we celebrate with you? And what are you focusing on this week? šŸ”„

I don't have a reset. All my days just run together.

@Olivia Radcliffe I am time blind too. I have started timing my regular tasks to see how long each one usually takes.
What if you burned the pile? šŸ”„
Let’s play with a thought experiment for a minute. A little dramatic… but stay with me... šŸ”„ What if you burned the pile? You know the one —the mental stack of to-dos, the obligations you said yes to out of guilt, the ā€œshoulds,ā€ the open tabs, the DMs you haven’t replied to, the 4,000 (do I hear 10,000? 30,000?) unread emails you swear you’ll deal with ā€œsomeday.ā€ What if you piled all of it up…struck a match…and let the whole thing go up in flames? What would happen? Would there be anything in that pile you’d actually miss? Anything truly urgent or essential… OR is most of it just noise you’ve been carrying out of habit? Would anything bad happen if you didn’t respond, fix, finish, or follow up? Or – and this is the real question – would it feel like release? Like creating a clean slate your brain hasn’t felt in years? Sometimes the reason we feel behind isn’t because we’re failing…it’s because we’re dragging around a pile of busywork that doesn’t even belong to us anymore. So today, just imagine: If you burned the pile, what would be lost? And what freedom might you gain? You don’t have to actually set anything on fire (tempting as it is šŸ˜…)…but noticing what you would burn tells you a lot about what’s still worth carrying. (Thanks to @Mike Richardson for sparking this reflection by suggesting I burn my own pile lol)

Setting it on fire is only temporary. You need to stop adding to the pile.
Monday, Monday, Monday!
What’s your focus this December holiday week? For me, we’re actually kid-free until Christmas Eve, so it’s a balance of resting…and trying to take as much advantage of the free time to dive deep into my to-do list as much as possible! (…And maybe a bit of sitting in my son’s room missing him 😭)
Monday, Monday, Monday!
