✨ Motivating Monday ✨
A brand-new week. A brand-new chance. A brand-new story to begin writing. “Just one small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.” — Dalai Lama 🧠 Science-backed Monday tip:Start your morning by naming one thing you’re looking forward to this week. Research in positive psychology shows that anticipation itself can boost dopamine — the brain’s motivation and reward chemical. In other words, simply giving your mind something hopeful to focus on can increase energy, optimism, and momentum for the day ahead. ✨ Today’s Monday challenge: What is one thing — big or small — that you’re hopeful about this week?

I am looking forward to finishing a few of the wood projects i have been working on for a while!
Silly Saturday Challenge 🎈
“We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” — George Bernard Shaw 🌈Happy Saturday 🌈 Today’s science-backed reminder: Play isn’t just for kids. Studies show that laughter, playfulness, and novelty help release dopamine (your motivation and feel-good chemical), reduce stress, and improve creativity and problem-solving. Your brain literally works better when you let yourself be a little silly. So here’s today’s challenge: The “Be 8 Years Old Again” Challenge Do ONE thing today your younger self would have loved: 🍦 Get ice cream for no reason 🚲 Ride a bike 🎵 Blast a favorite old song and dance badly 🌳 Swing at the park 🎨 Draw something ridiculous 🌮 Eat dessert first 💦 Run through sprinklers (bonus points 😆) No productivity required. No guilt allowed. Just joy. Tell us below: What’s your “8-year-old self” activity today? 👇

☀️Motivating Monday☀️
“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” — Robert Collier Here’s the truth about momentum: You do not need a giant leap today… you just need one small step. Science backs this up—your brain loves progress. Every time you complete even a tiny task (make the bed, take the walk, send the email, drink the water), your brain releases a little dopamine—the “motivation molecule.” That small win creates a reward loop, making it easier to take the next step. Momentum isn’t magic… it’s motion. 🚶‍♂️ Tiny steps become big change. 📈 Action creates clarity. 🔥 Progress creates confidence. Monday Challenge: What is ONE small thing you can do today that your future self will thank you for? Drop it below 👇 and let’s build momentum together.

One thing i did today that my future self will thank me for is i kept up my daily prayer routine. I have really been working hard on focusing my day on my conversations with the divine and allowing that to be the guide for all my interactions with others in my world. I want so much to be a force for love and peace and joy in the world.
Friday Energy Audit

So talking with the little kids that are my neighbors gave me a big jolt of energy. I love their thinking and fun! It drained me when i was already tired and i did things that could've waited til i felt better
🌈Wishful Wednesday☀️
If you finished just one meaningful thing today…what would give you that quiet “that felt good” feeling? That’s your target.

I am writing on Thursday so reporting that i saw the question prior and actually accomplished the task that made me good. I am having to change bedrooms while the father-in-law is here. So, i had to clear off my manifestation altar that i keep on my clothes dresser. As well as clear all personal items from my room. Even though i wasn't feeling well i got the task done! Feels good to be ready ahead of his arrival
