Welcome to Day 1 of the 44-Day 4 Cubed Challenge!
"Great things are done by a series of small things brought together." — Vincent van Gogh Today isn't about changing your whole life. It's about giving yourself 11 minutes. Just 11 minutes to pause. 11 minutes to breathe. 11 minutes to create. 11 minutes to remember that you matter too. No pressure. No catching up. No perfection. Just one small act of self-care. That's less time than it takes to scroll through social media and accidentally end up watching videos of raccoons opening coolers. 🧠 A Little Science Researchers have found that small, consistent habits are often more successful than ambitious plans that are hard to maintain. Tiny actions create momentum—and momentum is powerful. ☀️Why It Matters Eleven minutes today may not seem like much. But 11 minutes a day for 44 days equals 484 minutes invested in yourself. That's over 8 hours of intentional growth, one small step at a time. Today's Action Step Take your 11 minutes. Then leave a comment with: "Done!" Or tell us which practice you chose. Let's celebrate every small win together. 🎉 Happy Day 1!!

😄 SUNDAY FUNDAY 😄
"You're off to Great Places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, so... get on your way!" — Dr. Seuss Well, friends... Tomorrow is June 1. And tomorrow we officially begin the Four Cubed 44-Day Challenge! 🎉 Now before anyone does anything drastic... Please know that participation does NOT require: ❌ Purchasing $400 worth of wellness supplies on Amazon ❌ Waking up at 4:17 a.m. to meditate on a mountaintop ❌ Drinking green juice made from ingredients you can't pronounce ❌ Becoming a completely different person overnight In fact... If you can locate: 🕯 a candle 📓 a notebook 🎨 something creative 🪑 and a comfy place to sit ...you are already wildly overqualified. 😄 The goal isn't perfection. The goal is simply to show up. For the next 44 days we'll spend a little time: 🌈calming our minds 🧘‍♀️clearing our thoughts 🎨 creating something 💥 focusing on who we're becoming Some days you'll feel motivated. Some days you'll feel like your greatest accomplishment was remembering where you left your coffee. Both count. ☕😂 💡 Today's Mission: Find your challenge headquarters. A favorite chair. A corner of the couch. The patio. The kitchen table. Nothing fancy. Just a spot where future-you can spend 11 intentional minutes. Tomorrow we begin. No pressure. No Judgement. No Four Cubed pop quiz. Just one day at a time. Who's ready to join the adventure? 🚀💙 Give me a 👍 if you are ready😀 #SundayFunday #FourCubed #44DayChallenge #ProgressNotPerfection #OneDayAtATime #11Minutes #AdventureBeginsTomorrow

Let's get to it!
🌼 Let’s Build a Group Focus Wheel Together 🌼
Happy Friday Four Cubers!! 😀 Today’s center thought is simple—but powerful: ✨ “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” — Helen Keller ✨ ✨ I AM ENOUGH ✨ So many of us move through life feeling like we need to do more, prove more, or be more. But what if today… we practiced believing that who we are right now is already worthy? Let’s fill in the petals together. Drop one supporting thought in the comments that helps strengthen this belief. Examples: 🌿 I am doing the best I can 🌿 I am allowed to grow at my own pace 🌿 I am worthy of love and respect 🌿 I am proud of how far I’ve come 🌿 I am learning, not failing Science shows that repeated positive thoughts help rewire the brain through neuroplasticity, and your Reticular Activating System helps you notice more evidence of what you focus on. So today, let’s practice focusing on enoughness instead of lack. You do not need permission to believe in your own worth. What would your petal say?

Motivational Monday ✨
“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” — Martin Luther King Jr. Something new is coming to the Cube and honestly, this might be one of the simplest and most powerful things we’ve done yet. Starting June 1, we begin the 44 Day 4 Cubed Challenge. Not perfection. Not pressure. Not “one more thing” to fail at. Just 11 intentional minutes a day using any combination of the 4 Cubed practices. You can even split the 11 minutes and include a couple of the practices. 🕯 Meditation 📓 Journaling 🎨 Creative Project 💭 I AM Focus Wheels / affirmations That’s it. This week is your setup week. The next 7 days are about preparing your space, your mindset, and your intention. Find the journal. Pick the candle. Choose the creative project. Create the playlist.Decide what peace looks like for you. Because sometimes the biggest transformations don’t begin with giant leaps…They begin with a quiet decision to show up differently. Science backs this up too: small repeated actions literally help create new neural pathways in the brain. Tiny consistent habits are often more powerful than dramatic short bursts because they build identity, momentum, and emotional resilience over time. And the best part? You do not have to do this perfectly. You just have to begin. ✨ Your challenge this week: Prepare your “11 minute space.” A corner. A chair. A notebook. Some color pencils and a coloring book A moment that belongs to YOU.(Well technically 11 Minutes) June 1… we start together. Give me a 👍 if you are joining us #4Cubed #MotivationalMonday #VortexVoice #SmallStepsBigChanges #44DayChallenge #WellnessJourney

✨ Sunday Reset Challenge ✨
“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.” — Robert Brault What if today didn’t need to be “productive” to still be meaningful? Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down enough to actually notice our life while we’re living it. 🌿 Today’s Mini Challenge:For the next 5 minutes… - step outside - look at the sky - notice 3 things you normally rush past - take one deep breath before moving to the next thing That’s it. Small moments of presence help calm the nervous system and bring us back to the NOW instead of constantly living in “what’s next.” 🧠 Science Corner:Research shows that intentionally noticing positive or calming experiences can help regulate stress hormones and improve mood and focus over time. Your brain actually strengthens the pathways you use most often. 💬 Check-in:What’s one small thing you noticed today that made you smile, pause, or feel grounded?
