Hi ladies, just thought I'd pop on and share a little bit. I've needed a bit of motivation to start making changes to my life after a tough few years. I am definitely the one who chanted 'I'm not a morning person' and am known amongst my family & friends as the one who lives in her jammies! Part of my issue is health related and includes chronic fatigue so I'm always exhausted 😩 I took part a few months ago in the week long BE GREAT challenge and loved the routine and journalling but I must admit that I didn't keep at it after a few days on my own. So when I saw the 30 day challenge I thought why not, I'll try anything at this point! The first few days, I literally hauled myself out of bed at 5.45am made a cup of tea and logged in at 6...though one morning I randomly woke at 5 and actually amazed myself by getting up and getting on! So into week 2, Suzzie & Mel had suggested buying this book, my copy arrived yesterday afternoon and I picked it up to have a quick look in the evening...well, I couldn't put it down and I read the first half. Not once did I think oh I'm shattered it's off to bed for me which is my normal after 2 full on days at work! I stopped when I'd read the part about setting intentions for the morning, that seemed fitting 😊 I went off to bed and set my alarm for 5.20am and this morning followed the steps you can see on the page below. By the time 6am came I was wide awake and buzzing to share that this 'miracle ' had occurred 🤣 Today I have been more productive than in a long time on my day off. I haven't procrastinated at all 🚀 If you are on the fence about doing this BE GREAT challenge or any going forward, I'd say do it. I really did not expect to be doing so well so soon and though I'm not saying I'll never have a lie in again 😉, and thag I'll be dressed at 6am every morning, I love how my mindset and motivation have already improved, I look forward to seeing what I can achieve by day 30 and beyond 🎊 Thank you so much Suzzie & Mel for investing so much time and effort into helping all of us make changes and improvement, it's hard to stay stuck with your endless positivity and energy ✨️
