Bidding and pricing
Hey guys, i walked a 10K SF office last week and she wants me to bid it, however, her budget of what she's paying her current company is way below what the bidding calculator is proposing. She's getting 5x a week service for $1200/mo. No bathrooms no kitchen. Does that sound like a reasonable number? San Antonio, TX
