IGF-1LR3 & FLGR242 ..(?)
The latest protocols for igf-1lr3: less is better! For example people were researching 20 to 50 micrograms per injection. The latest studies show that is a wa$te of product, and 10mcg are sufficient, not flooding the few receptors there are. And obviously getting more usage from the vial. Still, one should be very mindful of when it should be injected. Personally, I only use it twice a week; heavy leg day Monday & chest/back/shoulder Wednesday, immediately after training... (8 week cycle; 1 month off) Dosage and timing is critical when researching IGF-1LR3. I just started an 8 week experiment of IGF-1LR3 ..2 times a week, combined with CJC-1295 no DAC e/ ipamorelin (evening and morning). In addition to 1.5 mg of FLGR242 administered once every 7 days. Now if you are not familiar with flgr242, and are trying to maximize muscle growth potential, I would suggest looking into it. It it releases the brakes of myostatin, will not bind with actavin, allowing more muscle growth 😉..a half life of 13+ days. Monday 3/9 was the beginning of this 8 week experiment / research. I will be doing weekly dexa scans to show progression. As of Monday 3/9: 8.7% body fat, 87% skeletal muscle. Stay tuned for updates 😁

This is awesome I'm running similar stack @Aaron Dinnison 🙌💪👌 I ran KLOTHO and FLGR242 (Follistatin) for few weeks. Did notice some slight gains. Was also running MK-677 with Enclomiphene. Started PEG-MGF today (March 30th) planning on running 4-6 weeks. Introducing IGF-1LR3 next week amd will run 4 weeks.
