This goes for people building their own agency or setting things up for them selves.. After using GHL for over 6 years and now with all the A.i. coming out here are the sticking points. 👉#1- A2P verification... This has been a pain since it came out but I have good news. When it first came out instructions were vague and almost non existent. There is a new process you can follow. I followed the process step by step and had two new accounts verified last week in less than 5 days. 👉#2- EMAIL... This is one of the most common questions I get, how do I set up email and a dedicated sending domain. Again if you follow the right steps to setting up a dedicated sending domain, put the proper headers and settings, then follow the right protocols, this actually becomes the easy part. 👉#3- Connecting a domain... To some this may seem simple to others its like learning a new language. If you have never messed with DNS settings before this can be a little scary. People are afraid they are going to break things by messing with these settings. Here is the thing, you might if you do not know exactly which ones you can remove, what to add, and why you are adding it. 👉#4- Building a website... I cannot tell you how many people have told me they are stuck in their business or stuck at the point of building a website, let alone getting it all connected. Listen if this is not your strong suit and its the only thing holding you back, outsource it. There are a lot of a.i. tools that can be used to help, the problem is that becomes a rabbit hole of learning and unless you have endless amounts of time on your hands, many people become overwhelmed. 👉#5- Offer.... The million dollar question... what is my offer? What am I going to sell (This does not apply to people that are using if for their own business and already have an offer. If thats you skip to number 6) Here is the fastest way to find your offer by answering 3 questions.. Who am I going to serve? What problem of theirs am I going to solve?

What do you guys think about using zapier/make/n8n to connect a GPT agent to the SMS convos? I've heard of multiple different ways to setup AI DBR, using closebot, GHL decision maker, etc. What have yall found the most success with?

Chat widgets are such a great foot in the door offer for businesses and can open up the opportunity for things like DBR and Reputation management. The last chat widget build I did, I was able to charge $3,800 up front with $200 per month just to keep it running. There are studies that show that businesses that have chat widgets on their websites increase their leads and conversions by 35%..... people do not just show up to websites any more to read all the information...
