I've been scared of the pull up bar since I've become rounder AND i have the "i ain't no punk, I'm not using assistance" mindset sometimes. Post like this one make me feel like fuck it, I will do 20 pullups. If i need a hand that's fine. Next time i will need assistance on 1 less

Well said Adem! Looking at least put the brakes on my weight gain. I know I'm older and my BMR is not what it used to be, but it's so hard to change behaviour around stuffing my face, a trait I am famous for far and wide. Big win this week, I found the pickup soccer games in the neighborhood. Looking forward to getting out there 1-2 time a week!
