Starting a Supportive Check-In Circle for Relatively New Agency Owners
Hey everyone! I’m setting up a small, supportive group for new agency owners who've already landed their first couple of clients (we’ll also consider those who haven’t yet). We'll have morning and evening check-ins to share our daily goals and achievements, and a weekly call to dive deeper and support each other through the ups and downs. Looking to keep the group tight with 4-6 people. If you’re interested in joining us for some real talk and mutual support, just send me a message!

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Thanks Jimmy! I got it from the man himself - Charlie Morgan. If by any chance you personally know anyone that might benefit and also positively contribute to it, you can let them know to see if they would be interested!

I've recently started running with FB ads and have a couple of questions: 1. What is a reasonable estimate of ad spend required before I can confidently analyze the campaign data? Essentially, I'm looking for a ballpark figure that indicates an adequate sample size for making informed decisions. 2. How long should my ad campaigns run to ensure they are fully optimized by Facebook's algorithm? I understand that the initial phase of the campaign may not perform well as the platform is still "testing" the ads. However, I'm curious about the optimal duration to allow these ads to run before evaluating their performance. While I suspect the optimization never stops, I'm interested in a general timeframe for when it's appropriate to start making decisions based on the campaign data.
