Key Insight
My biggest takeaway from @iscalelabs was how complex AI agent frameworks can be simplified into a well-organized folder system with Markdown files. Instead of constantly feeding AI massive prompts and repeating context, we can use a central AGENTS.md file as a map that directs the AI to the right folders, instructions, and skills. This creates a single source of truth, reduces unnecessary token usage, and makes the system easier to maintain and reuse across different AI models. What really made it click was the demonstration where an agent navigated through multiple folders and instruction files to complete a task without needing the entire workflow explained in the initial prompt. It showed how powerful simple file-based instructions can be. I'm currently building AI-powered workflows using Codex on my VPS, and this is exactly the approach I want to implement. My goal is to create a structured, reusable system where agents can navigate projects, access only relevant context, and pick up where previous sessions left off. The biggest realization: smarter AI systems don't necessarily require more complex frameworks. Sometimes better organization is the real game changer.

@Pascal Pollack Currently, I handle “pick up where I left off” by reopening the same Codex Remote session on my VPS (hermes01) through my phone, or using codex resume in the CLI. Codex preserves conversation history, while Git and project files preserve actual work progress. However, interrupted tasks don't automatically resume after a daemon crash or VPS reboot. I still need to inspect the last completed steps and manually instruct Codex to continue. I'm currently auditing session persistence, Remote Control disconnections, and automatic task recovery to make this process more reliable.
From building AI systems to building an AI business.
Hey everyone! I'm an IT professional and co-founder of a travel agency. I've been learning AI, building agents, and automating workflows, but I've realized my biggest bottleneck isn't technical. It's finding a problem worth solving, creating an offer people will pay for, and acquiring customers. My goal is to build an AI-powered product that generates recurring revenue rather than selling my time. For those who've made this transition: What helped you get your first paying customers, and what would you focus on first?

Hey Clief Notes fam! 👋 I'm Edgar from Latvia, and I'm excited to be part of this community! 🙋 A little about me: I'm an IT Administrator at a transportation company, passionate about AI, automation, technology, and personal growth. I'm also a husband and father of two, always looking for ways to work smarter, create more freedom, and spend more time doing what I love. 🎯 My current goal: Become the Head of AI & Automation at my company, while building AI-powered side businesses that generate additional income and eventually give me more financial and time freedom. 💪 What I'm currently building/working on: I'm involved in developing an AI assistant for our company and exploring ways to automate internal business processes. On the side, I'm experimenting with AI agents, automated workflows, and building digital businesses, including a travel-related startup. 🤔 My biggest struggle or question right now: There are so many possibilities with AI that it's easy to get distracted by new tools and ideas. My biggest challenge is turning all this learning and experimentation into real, measurable results, both at work and in my own businesses. I'd love to connect with people who are already successfully implementing AI automation or making money with AI-powered businesses. Let's get it! 🚀
