2014 Toyota Rav4
Anyone have any suggestions for doing lower control arms on 2014 Toyota RAV4 . It saying that I need to drop the subframe but is there other options to do it ? I was thinking of loosing the upper mounts .

Perfect thank you guys for the suggestions. Since Im mobile I’m going to be doing it in the floor instead of a rack so it look like the best way would be to loosen the motor mounts . I will also be doing axels , sway bar links , and tie rods on this vehicle as well .

2010 GMC terrain
Hello . Good afternoon. Hope your well. I’m doing some CV axels on a 2010 GMC terrain and I was reading that after installing them you have to let the transmission get hot and then remove the fill plug to grab the access. Would this be accurate or is there something I’m missing , since a typical CV axel job doesn’t require that.
Is this a good deal
I dont have any electric tools. Ive heard Milwauke is what everyone gravitates to. But im also open to other brands for less money. Im working on my own sedan car first. dont need to take apart a Big Mac Truck 1- M18 FUEL 18V Cordless Mid Torque 1/2 in. Impact Wrench with M12 FUEL 3/8 in Ratchet Combo Kit with Battery & Charger - $550 2- China tool compatible with milwaukee batteries - this allows me to invest in the milwauke batteires and later take the plunge on the better tools. do they change the batteries often? 3- China tool with its own battery set. I dont have $500 to throw right now..but $20 down with free return of i see its crap seems good to me? Is this a good deal? Then id have to get impact quality sockets and extension bars right?
