Live Training
Jacob, I tried to access the link to the training, but my password didn’t work so I had to use forgot password to create a new one. When I finally finished I couldn’t link to the training. It just showed zero participates. I will try again next week. Hope you have a great week!

Comment if you'd like to stay in the community!
Men we're going to do some housecleaning for some dormant members. No worries if it's not the right time for you, but if you want to stay in the community and / or get back on your 15 minute mobility ritual please comment so you don't get removed.

I caught pneumonia and haven't felt the same, but trying to work myself back. I've notice my waist line has become less thick, moving from a Keg to a Six Pac!

Like the comment "..your goal is not to do as I do, its to find your limit you have, and just go your limit, take a peek and come back!"

Liked the stretches, but a little too quick for me to attend the posture and flexibility. I look forward to reaching a level where I can see measurable results.

Happy Valentines Day! Today is the first day time Aisha and I have gone through the flow together. Was actually really fun…

I have been following the video and find that the push up are more difficult and I have strenght and pain issues in my rotocuff area. In the past week, my arms in that area seem weak or weakened. I don't know if all the techniques are cause me to feel sore (the next day) or if it's too much activities too soon. I my have a little more flexiblilty, but sharp pain in the shoulders stops me to feel the benefits. However, I also have other circuits that I'm involved in that could also contribute to the pain. I plan on using the method and trying to become more flexible, and I guess it's trying to find a balance to lower the pain that occurs about 3 hours after the exercise. I've been using supplements such as BPC 157, Salonpas patches, and hot tub soaks to assist in addressing the pain and ligament soreness. I find your videos are more advance than I am achieving, but still working to get there. The videos are helpful for me to follow along, and trying your stretching techniques makes me more understanding of the techniques. Have a great day!

When you reach the age of +70 and are retired you try to regain some of what you missed. I am trying to live and make my life better.
