Food, friendship and family
From a very young age, much of my life has been about foodโฆ Preparing it, consuming it, sharing it, and yes, even selling it. Growing up in a home, supported by a single mother who was a baker, I have known from my earliest development that food keeps us together, keeps us united, keeps us alive. Having always enjoyed preparing and sharing meals with loved ones, I recently made some life changes that have put me squarely in the profession of doing the same. As a chef and a cook, Iโve been able to reach more people than ever before, and I am able to see the impact that each, and every forkful has on lives.
