Sentro 48
So, I've been playing with the Sentro 48 for a couple of weeks now with varying results. Until I took the advice of so many of you. I bought a couple balls of "Pound of Love." WOW! What a difference the right yarn makes! Thanks to all of you for good, solid advice! I made a button scarf (not using the good yarn), but it came out so, so, very long. Then I actually counted the rows (on my two week old machine) and compared that to the row counter of the Sentro 48. I was shocked to see just how far off the numbers are! The row counter said something like 85 rows, but *I* counted 200 rows. No wonder my projects look so wonky! HAHAHA!

@Wendy Merchant I don't mind at all. I'll send you a link to the first book. It's freebie (if you will tolerate getting newsletters). That was my first book. Believe me...they are getting better! I have four published. There are more coming, but I'm on a bit of a writing slow down.

@Julie Findleton Wonderful! I just one Shih Tzu. I got him when he was 9 weeks old. He was very dark brown and fit in one hand. I said, "Aww. You look like a little chocolate chip." So I named him Chip. When he got his first haircut I discovered that he had eyes! And suddenly, he was a blonde with black beard and mustache! The photo is right after that first trip to the groomer. He's almost 9 1/2 now and still has a lot of life left.

@Janie Dillon I've started some plants indoors. The only things to germinate so far? Four "Mini Me" Watermelons. Fingers crossed for the rest. HaHa
