Your first 5 steps!
Welcome to Real Podcasters! You’ve officially joined the #1 community for podcasters who are ready to grow, stay consistent, and hit their goals. 🎯 To start unlocking courses, resources, and live calls, you’ll need to earn points — and that happens by participating! 🙌 You’ll get 1 point for every 💬 comment or ❤️ like you receive on a post or comment you make. Here’s how to get started:👇 ✅ Step 1: Comment “I’m in!” below this post. 🤗 Step 2: Like someone else’s “I’m in” comment (that gives them a point). 🎬 Step 3: Record a short intro video (under 90 seconds). Share your name, what your podcast is about, and your favorite food! 💌 Step 4: Comment “Welcome [name]!” on someone’s intro video to give them a point. ✨ Step 5: Spread the love — give 3 more points by commenting or liking other posts that were fun, helpful, or inspiring. Remember: results come when you TAKE ACTION. You’re in the right place — let’s grow together. 👊 — Skylar Bytendorp

What’s currently the hardest part of podcasting?
What’s been the most time consuming for you lately while managing and growing your show? Content, editing, staying consistent, or turning listeners into clients? For me, I’ve realized networking and finding aligned guests takes more time than I expected.

Totally hear you on finding the right guests. For me, it’s nailing down what I want to talk about haha. The production is easy at this point, but there’s so much on my mind it’s tough to decide what to make my show about now haha
Concern over Thumbnails
For my YT videos i mostly design the thumbnails by myself, by no means are they impressive, but i want to look further and make more better ones I just need some advice or guidance over making thumbnails that not only get clicks, but show the intention behind the podcast Here's the thumbnail for my latest video, how do u guys think i could improve it?

You typically want a closeup of the host(s) and guest(s) that were on the episode along with a good hook and picture or graphics showing what you talked about. I love looking at the pros thumbnails and see what they do, because what they do works!

Help each other
Can we use this community and fellow podcasters to help promote each other somehow. For example, i have a podcast where I discuss career paths with my guests. So if anyone is in similar space, we can help help each other by cross posting. Or even if we are not in similar space, we may help each other somehow. If this idea seems feasible, we can brainstorm how and what around it.

That’s exactly what this is for! If we can learn from each others mistakes, we can grow our podcasts faster! The more people post their questions/struggles and the more we all engage, the more we will all grow
