Equalled my lowest score unfortunately. Still finding sourcing connections to grow my network is time consuming and challenging. On the plus side, one connection resulted in an NDA, CIM and financials although sadly this one won't work out. Still, good to get that engagement!

Delayed post as I had a busy day out to view a business and talk with the seller. A nice off market deal to be had there, I think! 🤞 Anyhow, 7 days down. Over 100 requests sent and really beginning to build a presence in what is a new niche for me. Some good messaging conversations already. The 7 Day Accelerator sounds so simple, but it simply does get you to do the right things to generate deal flow. Nice work Danny! PS - sorry for the awkward video testimonial! You asked for a no rehearsal off the cuff effort 😅

Back to making good progress - 30pts in the bag today! Starting to accumulate some data from my actions - seems that my request conversion rate is low (circa 18%). My thinking is that is industry related as the majority of these have few connections, so maybe not big LinkedIn users... It has also been a real pleasure to spend some time using Dealworthy for myself (for context I am the developer - along with Danny), so I have been making some updates, tweaks and improvements as I go.

Day 3 of my 7 Day Challenge
- Third deal box built in Dealworthy today - 78 matched records pulled, all residential lettings agents this time - 75 named contacts identified, 22 with confirmed direct emails and confidence scores attached - Those 22 go straight into personalised outreach drafts, same template, same timing discipline - Running total across the trial: three deal boxes, three verticals, pipeline building daily - First LinkedIn video also tee'd up, going out tomorrow to both the LinkedIn audience and direct contacts, explaining what we're up to and who we want to hear from - Dealworthy is doing the heavy lifting on the data. The workflow is now repeatable and getting faster each day

Back at it
Not going to lie, this weekend I put up two zeros. Busy weekend. There will be those evangelists who say that if you want it bad enough you will work all the hours in a day. I've been there and done that. I've also been through burnout, because of doing this for a long period of time and you know what - not worth it. Life is better as a balance - for me at least. Finding that balance, especially when you're a bit ADHD like me, is hard. I basically have to sit down and plan my entire week upfront otherwise I'm prone to going down a rabbit hole 😅 Anyway - let's get back on it today and get some points in the bag. Thought of the day: should this be a 5 day accelerator? (or am I just lazy?!)
