Hey all, be good to know who's from where in this group so we can actively work together. I am based in Central London but also cover South Yorkshire area. Looking for JV partners that bring something to the table. I have a few investors also and many good connections. Where are you from and what strategies are you doing?

I think right now and for the foreseeable there is a huge opportunity to be our AUTHENTIC OURSELVES. It's so easy to get ChatGPT or another Ai model to write your social media posts, to script your videos, to create your images and to create your videos for you but.... My newsfeed is drowning in Ai created content (videos, written posts) and it all sounds the same and looks the same. What do I always say???? 'Don't be generic when posting and building your own brand be it personal or for your business.' My advice is to use Ai to help you come up with ideas but don't have it write your posts and then copy and paste that thinking it's amazing content. It might sound good... But.... IT WON'T SOUND LIKE YOU! It will likely sound overly corporate, it will sound soul-less and it will be void of any real identity. I will be doing a workshop on the fine lines of utilising Ai in business and where not to use it! The last thing any of us want is to 'all sound the same.' We need identity and unique messages and branding or we will disappear into the noise of posts and brands that all sound empty and void of any personality! I'm interested in how use Ai at the moment - I'd love to hear your thoughts...
