I’m Leslie Lyon, my home base is in Myrtle beach, South Carolina but I travel around a lot. I “met” Travis on TikTok and he’s a good human and I enjoy learning and being a part of a community that encourages others to embody their fullness. I had an extremely high stress lifestyle that led to me changing my entire life to ensure I was able to enjoy it. I started my first peptide two years ago as I finished out an intensive protocol for healing. It created more progress in three months than three years of numerous different protocols. I am so grateful to have found them and been able to share them with others. My goals are to just keep doing what I’m doing and optimize my last 10-20%. It seemed absolutely impossible to go from where I was to where I am now. I have such an enormous amount of gratitude for it all!
Don't Just Lose Weight... Lose the Right Weight
Here's something I wish more people talked about... Not all weight loss is the same. When most people say they want to lose weight, what they really mean is... They want to lose body fat. The goal isn't just a smaller number on the scale. The goal is to hold onto as much lean muscle as possible while reducing body fat. That's why I believe every fat-loss plan should include: 💪 Strength training 🥩 Adequate protein 😴 Quality sleep 🚶 Daily movement Those habits support body composition, regardless of what approach you're taking. 👇 Question: What's your #1 goal right now? 1. Lose body fat 2. Build muscle 3. Do both

Both but definitely more focused on building muscle 😍🙌🏻

@Travis Dickey haha I have no idea I just read up and follow some people I enjoy and rotate my weights around and up them consistently. Sometimes I do higher weight lower reps sometimes lower weight higher reps. It seems to work for me. defined programs aren’t really great with my programming.
Can Retatrutide Change Your Emotions?
Can Retatrutide Change Your Emotions? Here's What the Research Says. This question a lot lately: "Does Retatrutide suppress your emotions?" The honest answer is... it might for some people, but there isn't solid scientific evidence showing that it directly suppresses emotions. What researchers do know is that Retatrutide affects the brain's reward system. That's one reason many people notice less food noise, fewer cravings, and less interest in things like alcohol or other impulsive behaviors. For some people, that feels freeing. For others, it can feel like they're not as excited about things they used to enjoy. It's also important to remember that if you're losing weight quickly, eating in a large calorie deficit, sleeping poorly, or going through hormone changes, those factors can affect your mood too. The key takeaway is this: Just because you feel emotionally different doesn't automatically mean Retatrutide is the cause. Look at the whole picture before jumping to conclusions. Now I'm curious... If you've taken Retatrutide, have you noticed any changes in your mood, emotions, or motivation? I'd love to hear your experience. Let's have a respectful conversation so everyone can learn from real-world experiences.

@Travis Dickey hmmm I didn’t really think about semax for that side. I didn’t notice a big difference when I took it in general. That is a curious revelation. I wonder if it can lesson that depressive feeling for me.

@Travis Dickey I just tried a shot of Reta and def got a dip with that so I’m going to add that in and see what happens.
The One Habit That Makes Everything Else Work Better
Let's talk about protein. Not because it's trendy. Because it's foundational. Protein isn't just for people trying to "get big." It's the raw material your body uses to repair muscle, support recovery, regulate hunger, and maintain lean mass as you age. Simple starting target: roughly 0.7–1g per pound of your goal bodyweight, spread across the day. A few practical ways to hit it: - Add a protein source to every meal, not just dinner - Keep an easy option on hand (meats, eggs, Greek yogurt, protein shake) for busy days - Prioritize protein first, then build the rest of the plate around it Before you optimize anything else... optimize this. 👇 Two things I want from you: 1. Comment your average daily protein intake (rough guess is fine) 2. Reply to 2 other comments below — if their number is close to yours, say so. If it's way off, cheer them on anyway. @Bill Haynes @Shelby Hollister @Breeann Tegen @Tonya Huseby @Leslie Lyon @Adam Koller @Victor Ortega @Michelle Heaton

My average is 100-120 gr. Some days that feels like I have to eat all day. Some days not so much.

@Travis Dickey I don’t eat the same daily but definitely a rotation of similars. I don’t weigh myself so I’m never sure what’s going on besides my clothes.
Sermorelin
Does anyone use Sermorelin? I’m curious as to what your experience has been. I’m specifically looking at it for sleep and recovery.

That was my first peptide a couple years ago. I loved it but eventually moved on to different gh’s. It’s a lovely one but I do really like Ipamorelin or the combo of that and Cjc-1295 no dac
