HOW OFTEN SHOULD U TRAIN AFTER 40
Just dropped a new video on something that’s holding a lot of people back… Training frequency. Especially after 40 and 50. Most people are doing too much… too often… and wondering why nothing’s changing. I break down exactly how often you should be training—and why less, done right, works better. Do me a favor— Watch the whole thing Drop a comment with your takeaway Hit like And share it if it hits home That’s how we grow this and get the message out. After you watch it— How often are you training right now?

@Sid K You’re already answering your own question with those results. If you’re progressing like that, don’t interrupt it by adding more frequency. More isn’t better—better is better. Keep going and let the progress speak. If you want to tighten this up even further and get direct feedback on your setup, jump into the Premium tier—weekly calls, deeper breakdowns, and I’ll look at your training directly.

@Jason Brooks That’s a solid setup—Tuesday/Friday gives you real recovery, and the fact it’s working even on the road says a lot. With the knee heading into replacement, this is where controlled intensity and patience matter most. Keep the focus on quality and protecting the joint—you’re setting yourself up the right way going into surgery.
Quick clip from Sunday’s live
I jumped on a short live this Sunday and broke down something most people are getting wrong… Momentum. When it helps When it ruins the set And why it’s holding a lot of people back This is just a small piece. Inside Premium, we go deeper on this every week during the live chats. Real training talk Real application No guessing If you’ve been trying to figure this out on your own… this is where it starts to make sense. Premium gives you full access. And if you want me directly involved with your training, that’s VIP. Watch it first. Then tell me—are you controlling the weight… or just moving it? Markus

New YouTube Video is up.
This one matters. Not just for the message…but for what we’re building here. Most people quit their sets too early. That’s why they stay the same. You already know that. But here’s the reality— YouTube doesn’t push videos because they’re “correct.”It pushes them based on watch time, engagement, and interaction. So if you’re part of this… 👉 Watch it all the way through 👉 Drop a comment (your honest take) 👉 Hit the like if it makes sense That’s how we push this message OUTSIDE the usual circles. That’s how this grows. Now I still want to hear from you— Where do YOU usually stop your set? Markus
