👑 The Momentum Lab is Open — 5 Spots Left 👑
You know what you need to do. You've got the ideas. The skills. The ambition. But every week looks the same: - You start Monday with a plan - By Wednesday, you're drowning in busywork - By Friday, you realize you spent another week doing things that didn't actually move the needle And the worst part? You KNOW what matters. You just can't seem to do it consistently. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗯. Here's the deal: After 90 days inside the Momentum Lab, you will: 1. 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 — no more decision fatigue, no more spinning 2. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 — not sometimes, consistently 3. 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 — whether that's your first $5K month or scaling past $20K That's not a vague promise. That's the system. How it works: 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 — 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 We meet live. You lock in your 1-3 highest-leverage priorities for the week. No fluff. Just: "What would make this week count?" We help you figure that out so you don't waste time on the wrong things. 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 — 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 Bring whatever's blocking you. We work through it together in real time. This is the call that keeps your momentum alive mid-week — the point where most founders stall out. 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 — 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 You commit to ONE thing. You post it. You do it. Simple. This daily rhythm is what rewires your brain from "I'll do it later" to "It's done." Founding members also get: - 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 — the software tool I'm building to train focus like a skill - 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝟲-𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 (and make a $350K exit) while managing ADHD - 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲 for feedback, strategy, and accountability - 𝗔 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽 — not a community of 1,000 lurkers, but 10 people who are serious 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Entrepreneurs, founders, and creatives who are smart, capable, and hardworking — but who know they're leaving money and momentum on the table because they can't get out of their own way.

Interesting concept. Sounds legit.
Does money really = time?
Most people think money comes from working more. But that’s not actually how it works. Money comes from solving problems. The better you get at noticing what people need and helping them get it, the easier it becomes to make money (and eventually build your own thing). This is the shift: ❌ “How can I work harder?” ✅ “What problem can I solve?” If you can train your brain to look for problems instead of just tasks… you’ll never run out of opportunities. What’s one problem you’ve noticed recently that someone would pay to solve? 👇

Oh I have found I can squander both to the opposite of my intentions by hiring the wrong experts and using the wrong tools. I am mostly talking about Youtube here, but I have done this in other areas back in my corporate days. Some things you buy can create so much more work. One expert I hired had an entirely different cognitive architecture than me (scanner vs architect) and the only overlap was pattern analysis. You would think there would have been a kind of synergy and he would have been able to seek and destroy impediments, but he accidentally started adjusting things that diluted the core message and the delicate nuances. I had to find a safe place for him to work in my ecosystem far from the creative and branding side of things and it worked out in the end but it was a brutal 6 weeks discovering the issue layer by layer. He was part of the inspiration behind some of the new tools I developed and currently in the final phase of pre-white paper testing. I needed a short cut to understanding how people think and navigate their personal reality so desperately I had to create something. Of course now I am falling in love with everyone's mind in the data and that is such a delicious rabbit hole that is hard to tear myself away from lol. I think I might be an expert in finding awesome things to think about... if only I could monetize my tangents more easily.

@Bill Widmer we are definitely in the chapter, if not on the same page for sure. I love her to pieces!

hahahaha. I have to navigate these days with only one eye open to keep that from happening to me. The squawking deadline alarms are holding me down at the moment.
We got a divorce 🥴
Hey Founder fam—you may have noticed some big changes lately. Over the past few weeks, Rex and I have had a lot of honest conversations about the future of what we’ve been building together. And after a lot of thought and care… We’ve decided to get a divorce 🤝😂 In all seriousness, this wasn’t an easy decision. @Rex Loyer and I are ending our business partnership. We have a lot of love and respect for one another, and Focus Founders wouldn’t exist without both of us. I especially want to acknowledge Rex for the role he’s played—helping me to stay focused when shiny objects hit (yay ADHD 😄), running the daily ETF co-working sessions, and bringing the Accelerator program to life. I appreciate the hell out of you, dude. Thanks for building this thing with me. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀: Rex will continue building his coaching business under the Focus Founders brand name. And I’ll be continuing with this community, but evolving it into something new: 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝔽𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕣𝕤 𝔾𝕦𝕚𝕝𝕕 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱? The Founder's Guild is the natural evolution of what we started with Focus Founders… But with a deeper focus on what this has always really been about: 👉 helping ADHD and neurodivergent entrepreneurs build businesses and lives that actually work for their brains 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲? I originally started this community before Rex and I met, as the ADHD Entrepreneur’s Playground. My vision has always been to help ADHD founders lead lives they love. That is not changing. It’s still about: - The people - The energy - The mission of helping ADHD founders thrive If you’re here, you’re in the right place. We will also continue to offer the 5 AM CST virtual co-working sessions as well as the 12 PM CST in-person Thursday sessions in Austin. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴? - The name → The Founder's Guild - The direction → even deeper into ADHD, creativity, and building a business and life you love - The 10 AM CST co-working sessions will be paused until further notice.

I love when partners can navigate this level of realization. This is such a lightweight approach to evolving with agility. Nicely done Fellas!
I have a friend who's openly ADHD.
Runs a local pet store. Great guy. A few months back, during one of our calls, he shared that he was losing customers. “not because of bad service… I lose them because I forget.” Missed appointment bookings. No follow-ups. People say, “I’ll come by this weekend”, and no reminder ever goes out. And honestly, I related to it immediately. (GUILTY) People who don't know how ADHD minds work say it's "lack of discipline". But I’ve dealt with the same thing. Not the work… just the remembering part. (again guilty) And I am SURE it has nothing to do with discipline. TRUST ME! Anyway, I set up a simple AI system that handles bookings, reminders, and follow-ups in the background. After a couple of weeks, he just mentioned things felt easier. NGL, his business runs super smoothly that even I, his friend, have to check his schedule before planning a meetup!😂 Less to keep track of. Less stuff getting missed. I share this because I saw people commenting that they lose appointments, too. I'm sure this can help. That was pretty much it.

@Muhammad Hanzala once my life returns to a time/space linear thing I would definitely check it out. right now I am relying on my sleep to do the producing and juggling family members going in and out of the hospital and the liner schedule outside doc appoints and physical therapy is on hold. I think this multiverse scatter brained mental sprinting and context contortion is a trauma response function lol. I want a normal life again one day, but first I gotta dodge the midget cannon on a tight rope juggling these grenades on a unicycle for a hot minute. But I am all about things making sense whenever possible! I believe in logic and consensus reality.

@Muhammad Hanzala thank you... I am trying something new because on top of all of this my house started falling apart around me. So I created something to keep me from spiraling and focusing on the things that will solve the biggest pain points. It probably is not as sturdy as your setups - which I do want to check out one day when the dust settles. But I keeping my sense of humor in times like this:
