Tested, Tried, and True🕯
This morning’s digest landed deeply. I realized that what surfaced for me last week wasn’t a return to old narratives — it was a test of the new structures I’ve been building. Weeks 1 and 2 showed me myself in real time. Not theoretically, but in practice. I was broken open with grace and given the opportunity to install new boundaries, structures, and internal governance — and those systems were tested. I’m proud to say I stayed seated. I didn’t collapse, over-explain, or abandon myself. My boundaries, rules, and authority held. What I thought I had lost on my journey was never gone — it was buried. Excavation was required before activation. What has been dormant is now online. I’m grateful for this space and the precision of the work. Thank you, Coach Jill, for creating an environment where real authority can emerge. May everything you pour out return to you multiplied. 🦋

WEEK 2, DAY 1: THE $25K CAPACITY TEST
"An Architect doesn't save for a rainy day; an Architect deploys for a Sovereign decade." In the Glass Ceiling video I just dropped, I challenged your nervous system's capacity to hold wealth. Now, it’s time for the forensic proof. Most of you are praying for $100k+, but your mind can't even process $25,000 without wanting to use it to pay off old "Consumer" debt or hide it in a savings account. THE RULES OF DEPLOYMENT: Imagine $25,000 has just hit your business account. You are strictly forbidden from using it for: - Personal bills (Rent, car, credit cards). - "Savings" (The Architect doesn't hoard; she builds). - Lifestyle upgrades (Shoes, bags, vacations). THE TASK: You have 24 hours to deploy this capital into your Infrastructure. How do you spend $25k to make the building stronger? - Which System are you buying to automate your time? - Which High-Level Mentor or Consultant are you hiring to collapse time? - Which Team Member are you bringing on to increase your capacity? Drop your $25,000 Deployment Plan below. Note: I will be reviewing these. If your plan sounds like a 'Consumer' shopping list, I’m going to call it out. If it sounds like an 'Architect's' blueprint, you’re getting ready for Week 3.

“If $25,000 hit my business account, my focus wouldn’t be spending it would be system deployment. First, I’d stabilize my infrastructure by securing a year of automation, tools, and hardware so creation and execution are uninterrupted. Next, I’d convert my intellectual property into assets by completing and launching my product lines and decks, transforming ideas into owned revenue streams. From there, I’d invest in media and authority positioning to control my narrative through intentional branding and commercial content. I’d then deepen my command of AI, SEO, and scalable marketing to ensure longevity without burnout. Where aligned, I’d bring in strategic support with clear ROI. Throughout, capital would be governed allocated intentionally, not emotionally to support growth and stability. My goal isn’t activity; it’s infrastructure that holds the weight of expansion.”
WEEK 2 HAS BEGUN: RADICAL CAPACITY
Architects, we are officially in Week 2. Last week, we dismantled identity. We buried the Consumer. We exposed reaction, impulse, and survival thinking. But understand this clearly: killing the Consumer does not mean your mind is finished resisting. It just means the resistance has nowhere to hide anymore. Week 2 is not about learning something new. Week 2 is about staying inside the same work long enough for your mind to reveal itself. This is the week where distraction increases, restlessness shows up, and the urge to “move on” kicks in. That urge is not coincidence. It is the old operating system trying to escape pressure. This week is called Radical Capacity because we are no longer asking what you want. We are observing what your mind can tolerate without running. We are NOT fixing or correcting. We are, in fact, watching, holding, and staying present when the discomfort rises. No new frameworks this week. If Week 1 cracked the shell, Week 2 applies heat. Tomorrow, I’m dropping the anchor teaching for this week: The Glass Ceiling of the Nervous System. That video will not motivate you. It will expose you. Come rested. Come honest. Come without distractions. Before tomorrow, answer this below: 👉 When things start going well in your life, what does your mind usually do next? (Examples: overthink, distract, self-sabotage, wait for the bad thing, rush to spend, pick a fight, shut down, etc.) Week 2 is where most people try to leave. If you stay, your mind will start to bend. Stay present. Stay aware. Stay in the fire. Everything you need is already in the room!

When things start going well, my mind doesn’t celebrate it prepares. I notice myself bracing, scanning for disruption, and tightening my body instead of expanding. I don’t rush to sabotage, but I do shift into management mode instead of reception. I’m realizing this comes from learning to stay ahead of loss rather than trusting continuity and that awareness alone is changing how I relate to momentum.🦋
Week One (Whew!) Check-In...
Week one has been really revealing and uncomfortable (in a good way) for me. The shit’s been real!! I keep catching my brain wanting to say, “this is hard,” and I’m stopping myself because it’s not hard. It’s just new. And new feels uncomfortable sometimes. Either way, I can do hard things and I can do new things with intention and without sabotaging myself. I’m noticing how often I want to rush, react, or take on everything, or just stay busy to feel productive… I guess? Anyway, slowing all that down and being more intentional already feels different. There’s less noise and more focus. Yesterday, I actually finished something for business that I started weeks ago. Like I said, the shit’s been REAL. Curious how week one has been feeling for everyone else. What have you noticed so far? How's it going?

The week has been very reflective. In all areas of my LIFE. As someone who's starting over this is the foundation I needed. I'm grateful to be apart of the squad #JWA and can't wait to see what happens next. WE CAN DO ALL THINGS!
