There’s no vacancy because the purchase was strategically located 5 miles from the construction site of the largest refinery in the world but there is no housing for the workers that are building the plant. After a couple years of high cash flow, they will refinance and return investor’s principal. Cash flow paid quarterly without any of the hassle. DM me for more details
