Alright friends — signing off for the night.
Before I go, I want to leave one thought for anyone here who’s feeling energized, overwhelmed, stuck, or somewhere in between: We all got the same information over the last three days. The difference won’t be the tools — it’ll be the mindset we bring to them. Some people will treat this like hype. Some will treat it like homework. A few will treat it like a turning point. No one here needs permission, a perfect background, or the “right” job title to start building leverage. You don’t have to wait for a door to open. You can build your own — one small action, one experiment, one skill at a time. If you’re here, you’ve already taken the first step most people never take: you showed up curious. That’s the spark. What you do with it is where everything changes. Rest up. Tomorrow’s another chance to move one step forward. Good night, everyone.

Hi Friends…
How are you mentally digesting all the information we received over the last 3 days? Have you logged into the tools that were presented and how’s that going? Let’s chat about it 🥳

@Richard Bennett III Hey Richard — I hear you. And I want to offer something from someone who used to think almost exactly the way you’re describing. For years I believed the same story: “I work hard, I outperform everyone around me, but the system isn’t built for people like me to move up.” And a lot of that was true. But here’s the shift that changed everything: I stopped trying to win inside someone else’s system. I started building leverage outside of it. Not overnight. Not with money. Not with connections. Just with skills, consistency, and the realization that nobody was coming to “let me in.” You already have the hardest part handled: you show up, you perform, you elevate the room. That’s not normal. That’s leverage — but only if you aim it somewhere that pays you back. The summit didn’t give anyone a magic button. We all got the same information. The difference is what we do with it. Some people will treat it like hype. Some will treat it like a checklist. A few will treat it like a doorway. You’re here. You’re asking questions. You’re thinking bigger than your environment. That’s the first step — and most people never take it. If you ever decide to build something of your own — even small, even on the side — AI isn’t about replacing your job. It’s about giving you leverage you’ve never had before: - turning your ideas into assets - turning your experience into offers - turning your time into something that compounds instead of drains You don’t need permission for that. You don’t need a gatekeeper. You don’t need someone to “let you in.” You build the door. And you walk through it. That’s the shift that changed my life. And from the way you write? You’re a lot closer to that shift than you think.

Tool: Veo 3.1 (Google DeepMind) Why This Tool: Veo 3.1 generates high-quality videos up to 60 seconds with synchronized native audio (dialogue, sound effects, ambient noise) in a single generation, plus it now supports vertical 9:16 format for mobile-first content and upscales to 4K resolution, making it perfect for creating polished video content without separate audio production or post-editing. Best For: Content creators making YouTube Shorts and social media videos, marketers producing ads and product demos, filmmakers storyboarding and previsualization, small business owners creating promotional content, anyone who needs professional video with sound but doesn't want to shoot footage or hire production teams Cost: Available through Gemini app subscriptions (starting $20/month), API access, and Vertex AI for enterprise (check gemini.google/pricing for current rates) Website: https://gemini.google/overview/video-generation/ Quick Win Prompt: "Open the Gemini app or Google Flow and describe a 30-second video you need for your business (like a product demo, customer testimonial moment, or explainer scene). Include the action, emotion, setting, and any specific camera movements you want (aerial shot, close-up, dolly zoom). Veo 3.1 will generate the complete video with synchronized audio in your choice of landscape or vertical format. Download it at 1080p or upscale to 4K. You now have a professional video clip with native audio that's ready to post or edit further." Other Things Veo 3.1 Can Do: - Ingredients to Video with character consistency: Upload up to 3 reference images to control characters, objects, and style, then generate videos where the same character appears consistently across multiple scenes, perfect for building narrative sequences - Frame-specific control: Set your first and last frames to control exact camera movements and scene transformations, with Veo smoothly interpolating between them for cinematic transitions - Insert and Remove objects: Add new elements to existing clips with natural lighting and shadows that blend seamlessly, or remove unwanted objects with AI filling in the background (available in Flow) - Scene extension: Chain multiple 7-8 second extensions to create sequences up to 148 seconds long, maintaining visual consistency and narrative flow throughout the entire extended clip

For anyone working with Veo 3.1 across multiple scenes, here are a few operator‑level notes that might save you time: 1. Veo is also available inside Google Vids if you’re on Workspace. Just be aware: - output is capped at 720p - several Veo features aren’t exposed - you need Flow for object removal, frame control, and multi‑scene continuity Useful for quick drafts, but not for final production. 2. For consistency, treat Ingredients as a controlled seed stack. My workflow: - Ingredient 1: a seed image (I generate this in ChatGPT to lock the character/style) - Ingredient 2: a screenshot from the previous Veo render - Ingredient 3: another screenshot if I’m chaining scenes This stabilizes identity, lighting, and motion across sequences far better than prompting alone. 3. If you want ambient realism without Veo injecting its own soundtrack: Use “diegetic ambient sounds only”. This preserves footsteps, chair movement, room tone, etc., without Veo adding music. 4. For Google Vids specifically: There’s no negative prompting, and the model tends to introduce unrequested camera motion. Counterintuitively, the fix is to keep the word “cinematic” out of your prompts. Removing it reduces parallax drift, unintentional pans, and floaty camera behavior. If anyone’s trying to build multi‑scene cohesion or wants help with the seed‑stack workflow, I’m happy to share more.

@Rosanne Emly If you’re just getting started, you don’t need a paid Veo subscription right away. There are a couple free ways to practice before you spend anything: • Google Vids (Workspace) Many accounts now have Veo built in for free. It’s limited to 720p and doesn’t include the advanced features, but it’s perfect for learning the basics and generating simple clips. • Google AI Studio This gives you free monthly video credits (usually 10–50). Videos are short and 720p, but it’s the easiest way to practice prompting and see how Veo behaves before upgrading. • Other free tools to learn the workflow Luma Dream Machine and Hailuo both give free daily credits and are great for experimenting with motion, pacing, and scene design. Once you’re ready to invest, Veo 3 becomes a lot more powerful — but you can absolutely start learning the fundamentals without paying yet. If you tell me what kind of video you want to make first, I can point you to the best free option for that.

Tool: Ideogram Why This Tool: Ideogram 3.0 is the world's best AI image generator for creating images with accurate, stylized text and typography, making it perfect for logos, posters, t-shirt designs, and marketing materials, plus the new Style Reference feature lets you upload up to 3 images to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all your generations without complex prompting. Best For: Print-on-demand sellers designing t-shirts and products with text, small business owners creating logos and branded materials, marketers building social media graphics and ads, content creators who need professional designs with perfect typography, anyone who's frustrated with other AI tools that can't spell words correctly Cost: Free plan with 10 credits per week, Basic at $8/month, Plus at $20/month, Pro at $48/month (check ideogram.ai/pricing for current rates) Website: https://ideogram.ai/ Quick Win Prompt: "Think of one branded visual you need with text on it (a logo, poster, Instagram post, t-shirt design, or event flyer). Open Ideogram, describe your vision including the exact text you want displayed, the style, colors, and layout. Generate 4 variations instantly. Pick your favorite and use the Canvas editor to refine it with Magic Fill (add elements), Extend (expand the image), or remix it with new prompts. Download your final design and you have a professional graphic with perfectly rendered text that would've cost hundreds from a designer." Other Things Ideogram Can Do: - Style Reference for brand consistency: Upload up to 3 reference images to guide your generations to match your brand's exact aesthetic (colors, textures, mood), perfect for creating a cohesive visual identity across dozens of designs without learning complex prompt engineering - Batch generation for scaling: Upload a CSV with hundreds of different prompts and generate them all at once (Pro feature), ideal for creating entire product catalogs, social media content calendars, or testing multiple design variations in minutes - Canvas workspace with advanced editing: Use Magic Fill for inpainting (add objects with natural lighting), Extend for outpainting (expand your canvas in any direction), plus layer management, cropping, background removal, and upscaling all in one integrated workspace - Character and Style Reference: Keep the same characters, objects, or visual style consistent across multiple images by referencing previous generations, essential for creating series, maintaining brand mascots, or building cohesive visual stories

If you’re doing ebook covers or thumbnails, here’s a useful angle to layer onto Ideogram: Ideogram is great for typography, but for covers you need more than clean text — you need consistent visual hierarchy across multiple formats (cover, thumbnail, mockups, promo cards). The trick is using Ideogram’s Style Reference to lock in your brand’s texture, color palette, and layout rhythm. What’s been working well for me: - Upload 2–3 reference images (your cover, your brand texture, your color system) - Use Ideogram to generate matching promo thumbnails that keep the same visual DNA - Then export at 1600×2560 so the downscaled 512×800 thumbnail stays sharp - Use Canvas → Extend to build wide social banners that still look like the same product This gives you a full, consistent visual system instead of one‑off images — super helpful if you’re publishing ebooks, running a Gumroad page, or building a product ecosystem. If anyone wants the exact workflow I’m using for cover → thumbnail → promo assets, happy to share.

Tool: Claude Why This Tool: Claude is the only major AI assistant with a 1-million token context window (enough to process entire corporate document libraries in one session), memory that works across all conversations including the free tier, a legally binding ad-free commitment, and the ability to autonomously control your computer to complete tasks while you're away through Cowork's Dispatch feature. Best For: Knowledge workers who need deep analysis of massive documents or codebases, professionals building custom AI workflows with domain-specific skills, developers using Claude Code for agentic coding tasks, teams collaborating in Excel and PowerPoint who want AI that shares full context across apps, business owners who want an AI assistant that remembers their preferences and projects without Cost: Free tier available with memory and core features, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans, API access available, check claude.ai/pricing for current rates Website: https://claude.ai/ Quick Win Prompt: "Open Claude and start a conversation about a complex work project (like 'Help me analyze our Q4 sales strategy'). Notice how Claude remembers details from this conversation. Then open a new chat tomorrow and reference the same project—Claude will already know the context without you repeating yourself. Next, try Cowork's Dispatch feature (Pro/Max plans): message Claude from your phone with a task like 'Export the pitch deck as PDF and attach it to my 3pm meeting invite,' then watch Claude autonomously open apps on your computer and complete the task while you're in another meeting. You just experienced persistent memory and computer use, AI that works like a team member, not a chatbot." Other Things Claude Can Do: - Claude 4.6 family with industry-leading performance: Opus 4.6 (Feb 2026) generates up to 128,000 output tokens in a single response (enough for an entire codebase module or 50,000-word research report without truncation), while Sonnet 4.6 delivers near-Opus performance at 5x lower cost, both with a 1M token context window that requires no beta header—perfect for analyzing entire document libraries, codebases, or corporate knowledge bases in one session - Computer use capability: Claude can autonomously open applications, navigate web browsers, click buttons, run developer tools, and fill in spreadsheets to complete tasks on your computer (launched March 2026), working seamlessly with Dispatch to handle tasks while you're away—just message from your phone and Claude handles the rest - Claude in Excel and PowerPoint with full context sharing: The add-ins (updated March 2026) now share complete conversation context between applications, so every action Claude takes in Excel is informed by what happened in PowerPoint and vice versa, plus support for custom skills and connection via Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Microsoft Foundry for enterprise users - Claude Code Security for vulnerability scanning: Uses semantic reasoning to trace data flows across entire codebases and identify security vulnerabilities with under 5% false positive rate (vs 30-60% for traditional pattern-matching scanners), available in research preview for Enterprise and Team customers as of February 2026

@Sherri Blanchard Sherri good luck tomorrow morning! One tip before you sleep — when you're ready to move it to LinkedIn, just ask Claude to reformat the resume content specifically for LinkedIn's About section and Experience fields. It'll do the translation for you.

The thing most people don't realize about Claude until they've used it for a while: the quality of what comes back is almost entirely determined by the quality of what goes in. It's not smarter or dumber than other models on any given day — it's more responsive to structure. Give it a specific role, clear context, a defined task, your constraints, and the exact format you want back. Do that consistently and the gap between Claude and everything else gets very wide very fast.
