I have a question about my starter.
I just started my sourdough starter and I was wondering, how many days do I have to do this โ€œthrow all my starter away and keep the 60gโ€? Do I have to do this everytime I feed my starter even past day 4-7? Thank in advance. ๐Ÿ˜Š
