No Face, No Personal Stories, No Videos — Can I Still Build a Personal Brand?
“I want to build a personal brand, but I don’t want to show my face, share personal stories, or spend time recording videos. What should I do?” 😃
From coding to automating content.
Hi everyone, I’m Rocky. I come from a developer background, but I’ve grown really interested in content, AI-driven automation, and affiliate marketing. In the beginning, I did everything manually — from writing posts and editing videos to publishing on each platform. I was putting in a lot of work, but the results weren’t consistent. So I started building systems to: - Automate multi-platform content posting - Optimize the content production workflow (especially short-form videos) - Test and measure performance instead of relying on guesswork One thing I’ve learned is:Content doesn’t need to be overly creative — it needs to be repeatable and measurable. I’m not a big expert, but everything I share comes from what I’ve actually built and use every day. If you’re also working on content or looking to optimize your workflow, happy to connect and exchange ideas 👋

@Amelia Grant For me, the biggest win has actually been consistency + clarity, not just output or time saved. Before, I was putting in a lot of effort but couldn’t really tell what was working. After switching to systems: - Output did increase, but more importantly it became predictable - I can actually track what performs and double down on it - And yeah, it saves time — but I reinvest that into testing better angles instead of just doing more So if I had to pick one: it’s the ability to learn faster from my own content, not just produce more of it. Curious — when you’ve worked on automation, did you see more impact on performance or just efficiency?

@Shawn Davis Yeah, exactly — that mindset shift changes everything. Once you stop thinking in tasks and start thinking in systems, you’re not just getting things done, you’re building something that compounds over time. The manual effort becomes optional, not required. I’ve been leaning into that a lot lately — turning repeatable actions into workflows and then improving them through feedback loops. I’ve put some of those ideas into what I’m building here: https://kitsify.com/ — still early, but it’s all about making content more scalable and data-driven. Curious — what kind of systems have you found most impactful so far?
