Let's Get You to Level 2 !!!
Skool works by you getting Level-Up's when you post a Comment (Engagement is important! haha) And when another person Likes *YOUR* Comment. So, below, write a comment about your Favorite way you like to Relax and Feel a Sense of Calm (Pictures of something soothing help a lot, and you can also add a GIF) Comments should be of a quality that people *WANT* to click "LIKE!" And do others a favor by clicking LIKE so they too can level up. When you get more points, Level 2 Opens up and then you will get instant access to all of the prized ULTRASOUND Modules !! Ooh la la !

Huge News ! Lymphatic Drainage Protocol Being *Pioneered* By Melissa Rose !!
This is something I always have loved about the Vagus Nerve + Ultrasound world. Even back when I did coaching, while I always advised a general protocol of stimulating the Vagus Nerve, it's true that some clients felt an "intuitive" drive to place the Ultrasound in other places. It reminds me a lot of Christina H. who has an amazing story, where she placed the Ultrasound on her Sacral region around the tailbone. That immediately helped her body release immense amounts of trauma, and her health drastically improved within the ensuing weeks, it was a huge breakthrough in the application of Ultrasound across the many large branches of the Vagus Nerve and Parasympathetic System. So, Melissa Rose, you should absolutely try to follow her over on X.com Here's her post from today: https://x.com/MelRoBuilds/status/1915410953744637982 And I've included screenshots here in this post to review. And there absolutely are a LOT of studies indicating that the use of Ultrasound on lympatic and glymphatic (more in the brain) does a lot to promote effective drainage of the "bad stuff" - so cool ! So, if you have your Ultrasound already - All that information opens up on Level 2 btw ! And I know you can all get there if you haven't already. I would suggest you try it out if you particularly are having some degree of bodily retention of fluids in certain areas. But yeah, it's been so crazy to see the work I've helped promote online finally breaking into the world, the public world now. Nothing can stop an idea who's time has come. Happy Sounding ! -Sterling

SUPER-CONDUCTIVE HOMEMADE ULTRASOUND GEL
Want to avoid the harsh chemicals found in the typical blue conductive gel? Here’s a simple, natural DIY recipe you can make at home for a clean, effective alternative! Aloe + Glycerin + Baking Soda + (Xanthan Gum if needed) = Perfect Clean Ultrasound Gel! - Aloe vera is naturally conductive and skin-healing. - Glycerin improves conductivity and keeps it from drying out during the session. - Xanthan gum adds body if you want a thicker texture, similar to commercial gels. Ingredients: - 1 cup (240 mL) pure aloe vera gel (organic if possible) - 2 tablespoons (30 mL) vegetable glycerin - 1/8 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, for thickening) - 1/8 teaspoon baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) — enhances conductivity - 2–4 drops grapefruit seed extract (optional, natural preservative) Instructions: 1. Prepare: Sterilize a glass bowl and whisk/spoon. Make sure your workspace is clean. 2. Mix Base Ingredients: Pour 1 cup aloe vera gel into the bowl. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable glycerin. Stir gently until fully combined. 3. Supercharge Conductivity: Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon baking soda into the mix. Stir thoroughly. Baking soda slightly alkalizes and improves electrical conductivity. 4. Thicken (Optional): For thicker gel, add a tiny pinch (1/8 teaspoon) of xanthan gum while stirring briskly. 5. Preserve (Optional): Add 2–4 drops of grapefruit seed extract to extend shelf life. Pour into a clean, airtight container. - Without preservative: Store in the fridge, lasts 5–7 days. - With preservative: Can last 2–3 weeks refrigerated. - Keep refrigerated.

THE VAGUS NERVE The secret is out, folks. More and more people are learning just how important the Vagus Nerve is to their entire spectrum of personal health. In fact, it might be one of the most important bundle of nerves that you will ever have the pleasure of working on in your lifetime. So, I have put together a nice resource list for those who wish to take things to the next level, and really have all the things you need to start developing a super healthy Vagus Nerve. SUPPLEMENTS Here are some of the Must Have supplements to take to immediately protect the Myelin with B12, and Omega fatty Acids: Methyl B12 is essential for the health of neurons in your brain, and in your body, but most importantly in your Vagus Nerve. This product comes courtesy of Jarrow Formulas, who I have found has always provided very valuable and high quality products. These are chewable Methylated B12 tablets, and they will start providing the building blocks to repair your Vagus Nerve very rapidly. Jarrow Formulas Methylcobalamin (Methyl B12), Supports Brain Cells, 5000 mcg, 60 Lozenges Omega 3 fatty acids are generally a good thing to have in your diet, regardless of the state of your Vagus Nerve. One of the primary facets of the Vagus Nerve is the sheath of protective healthy fats that surround it, if you lose the Myelin Sheath, you will invariably experience some severe problems with your Vagus Nerve. I really like Carlson Fish Oil products because they are a sustainable producer of a really high quality fish oils. Carlson - The Very Finest Fish Oil, 700 mg Omega-3s, Norwegian, Sustainably Sourced, Lemon, 240 soft gels
