I'm really looking forward to this! I would not be sad if someone helped me get there by replying to this comment! lol 😇 But I appreciate the spirit of contribution... so I'll think of something.

I got there, thank you! Also I managed to contribute anyway. :)
Data Visualization with Plotly
I was thinking about modifying my recent plotting project I made for my lab clients to a more general template to share with you guys as a repository template (I started with a cookie cutter data science template and built it out from there). But that will take me some time to remove the overly specific code that parses my report data. So in the meantime, I actually found these two pages that I find very helpful to get started: https://www.nelsontang.com/blog/2021-08-01-build-your-first-plotly-template https://github.com/MWFK/Data-Visualization-with-Python-Plotly/blob/main/README.md Also, I must say that I rely heavily on Chat-GPT 4 to do the syntax work. And I just check it, test it, dig in to bugs with the interactive notebook shortcut in Visual Studio that Dave showed us, and go back and forth with GPT 4 until it's right. Here are a couple of sample graphs on my site. The data won't mean anything to you, and don't be surprised that it's in German. But it will give you an idea about what I've been working on. The password is " DataAlchemy " (nothing sensitive here, but I don't want to confuse actual customers that might end up on the page by accident.) https://erdbaum.com/data-alchemy-ps/

Hello, Dusty here. I am starting to use a bit of data cleaning and data organizing skills at my day job for a side project, and the base courses from this data-alchemy project really got me going with the templates and Visual Studio Code. I'm even using this for other python projects working with API's. And the most exciting part for me is now being able to present clients with overviews of lab analyses they used to get from me in single pdf reports. Now I have a web portal where I paste in html plotly charts that are interactive and really useful for looking at combined results over time or between different variables. I didn't get that directly from this course, but it gave me the building blocks I could combine with a LLM and my prior knowledge to get the rest of the way there. This last work is in the regenerative agriculture sector, so for me it's very meaningful and fulfilling. So thank you for putting all of this together!

I'm something like a hobbiest, but I'd like to learn enough to make simple applications, and to be knowledgable of the state of the art.
