Merry morning everyone, I just got done with soul trap. I don't know who else experienced this, but my heart started to race, tears started coming down and anxiety try to consume me ( it felt like my soul was trying to be sucked in). I placed my hands over my heart. I got myself to calm down but in the process, I was able to remember some of my lost memories. Anxiety and what feels like with restraint to get this out. Hi everyone! I moved to Canada from Australia 3.5 years ago and am wanting to regain my connection to the earth and my spiritual side. Since moving to a new environment I’ve lost touch with pretty much all of my intuition and I am on a mission to reclaim all and further grow it. I used to be very connected with my plants, colours, shadows, figures/auras, dreams that would become reality, de ja vu, thinking of people and receiving a message from them within a minute, also knowing when someone close to me had died. Does anyone know of any legitimate sources I can refer to, to regain my connection? It’s hard to know what I can trust on the internet - also open to any books!
