Feedback request
Hi everyone! If anyone has time to listen, I'd appreciate comments on this track. It's "master lite", mixed into a limiter and exported with the limiter on, without any additional mastering touches.

@Steve Dunn Did you mean Suno A.I. ? https://suno.com/s/CIwoEhYM8x67hlk0 @virtual360sound or are you talking about sondo.ai ? I haven’t tried that program seems cool.
DAW—which do you recommend?
I use Cakewalk by BandLab. I use the free tier. Pros—free, easy workflow, powerful for even professional level recordings (the Demos sound very professional). CONS-no comprehensive learning course. There are a couple of good YT channels but it’s piecemeal approach and time consuming. I’m a windows user and play guitar, piano, learning bass. Genres rock, blues, jazz, R&B, Soul and gospel sound (Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles)

They are free to try. But, take up some file space. If you have the file space try all. Also, you will find the program which feels easiest to use. I recommend FL Studio for ease of use. I find the panels very interactive and informative. In the upper left hand corner anything you hover over or use is displayed. An the virtual fret board is better than the others in my opinion.

Just My Introduction
Hi, I’m Doug! I love playing music—it just makes you feel great. I first started tinkering with DAWs and rhythm back in the late '90s with tools like Cakewalk and HammerHead. By the 2000s, I was producing private music using Pro Tools on a Mac G5 Tower. I consider myself a bit of a jack-of-all-trades with hands-on experience in film, set design, music, and stage production. I really enjoy helping others with their technical setups, live gigs, and production workflows. As a new member here, I'm looking for some guidance to take things to the next level. (And honestly, the Reverse Engineer is pure genius!) Thanks in advance for any help!

Music means everything to me. I was in love with music as a child it all started with a little 45 record player. I love to play, mix and master.
