🚨 We're Building the Future of Agentic AI – and We're Looking for the Right People to Do It With Us.
At Venari AI, we don't build chatbots. We build autonomous systems that think, act, and deliver results without a human in the loop. We're an AI company based in Europe, working with clients across industries to design and deploy agentic AI pipelines, sales engines, and intelligent automation systems that actually move the needle. Our vision is simple: make AI the most powerful operational layer in every business we touch. We're growing fast — and we're looking for hungry, self-directed builders who want to work on real problems, with real clients, and real autonomy. --- What We Build - Multi-agent AI systems (CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen) - RAG pipelines and knowledge bases for enterprise clients - AI-powered sales and lead qualification engines - n8n and Make automation workflows connected to LLMs - Custom AI tools and internal copilots for B2B companies --- Who We're Looking For 1. AI Systems Engineer / Agent Builder You live and breathe agentic AI. You've built multi-step workflows where the AI makes decisions, not just answers questions. You know the difference between a prompt hack and a real system. Must-have skills: → LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI or similar agent frameworks → RAG architecture (vector DBs: Pinecone, Supabase, Weaviate) → API integrations and structured output handling → Python (solid, not junior) → Prompt engineering beyond the basics — CoT, few-shot, constrained outputs Bonus: experience with fine-tuning, LoRA, or deploying open-source models --- 2. Automation & Workflow Architect (No-Code / Low-Code) You build the pipes that connect everything. n8n and Make are your playgrounds. You can turn a messy business process into a clean, reliable automated workflow in days. Must-have skills: → n8n and/or Make (advanced — not just drag and drop) → Connecting LLM APIs into real business workflows → Webhook logic, error handling, and async flows → CRM and data integrations (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, etc.) → Understanding of when to use AI and when not to

@Damian Kisch I hope you managed to find someone. I'm also looking for similar expertise. I have the market but need the MVP developed further. Let me know if you're interested.

@Ritesh Shah Thanks
Wealth Manager Funnel Triage Workflow
Hi Developers I’m looking for some help to better understand if it’s possible to triage their funnel as they lose 50% of qualified leads in advisor calls due to the amount of paperwork that needs to be completed. The lifetime value of each lost prospect is significant so worth solving. Please get in touch as I’m an entrepreneur not a developer. Thanks in advance, Doug

Exactly @Mar Visser that’s what I’m advising.
“AI agencies that survive 2025 will sell transformations, not tasks.”
Most AI agencies are quietly killing their margins — and they don’t even know it. Why? Because they’re selling tasks, not transformations. - “We automate workflows” = commodity. - “We help your team save 30 hours a week and double output” = transformation. The difference? One sells labor, the other sells leverage. In a world where every freelancer can use ChatGPT, clients aren’t paying for what you automate —they’re paying for what it changes. Don’t market your process. Market the moment of change your client feels. The future of AI agencies isn’t about better tech. It’s about better outcomes, told like stories. Tools are temporary. Transformations are timeless.

Outcomes are what creates value and what people really want - not the tools or process.
If the AI bubble pops, what happens to AI agencies?
Turns out, the ones who are positioned right will actually get more demand, not less. In my latest video, I break down the shifts that keep you profitable even if the market dips — and why SMBs lean on agencies the most when things get messy. 🎥 Watch here → https://bit.ly/skool-yt-how-to-survive-the-ai-bubble

There is going to be a correction of some sort as the circular investing is driving shares down in many of the enterprises involved. Having a solid but adaptable business model to withstand any potential shocks to the market is key.
