When you align what you ‘do’ to a deeply held purpose, your ‘reason’ will keep you on the path when the going gets tough, because it will. I started working at age 15 and had 8 jobs before becoming a coach in 2001. Some of those job were grueling and I never thought I’d learn the ropes as they were so complex - but I did. despite, for me, being a coach has been the toughest. Not the coaching part, the creating a sustainable business part - and it was NOT for a lack of intelligence, commitment or determination. I’ve wanted to quit many times but my commitment to the reason I became a coach is what has always pulled me back - and here I am still learning. Doing only for the sake of “money” can certainly make the uphill climb even harder. Just curious, why do you do what you do?
