Anyone ever had any issues closing their account with Ava and did it affect your credit score/report in any way?

Late Payment
I have a late payment that was recently reported within the past 30 days. This is my first late payment reported since I started building credit 7 years ago and my score dropped over 100 points because of it. How do I get this removed?

@Banetta F McDaniels I reached out to Capital One a couple of times and they said they are unable to provide this courtesy removal as it is against law. Do you think Dispute Beast software would be able to help me have this removed?

Fraudulent Student Loans
I just saw some student loans pop up that I never opened. I'm looking into what it is that I'm supposed to do...any advice/videos/links you guys recommend to help me with this as I continue looking into it?
