A little help needed
Having trouble staying regulated . Im a fairly new member and haven't figured out how the platform works yet. Im obviously behind on classroom and such. But im living in mold for another couple of months. I need some guidance. My sinuses are so bad I have trouble nose a little help pleasereathing i also have sleep apnea mildly and I dont know if that's a factor in not being able to do breathwork. But I also know I need more. As I said I csnt see im very behind as there's been a reset challenge i missed and its day 5.i have a lot of physical psin as well as emotional baggage. I dont understand how-to navigate and get what I need in the group

@Janet Boren Hey Janet, welcome to the group. First, please don’t feel like you’re behind many of us join in the middle of challenges or resets, and the important thing is just starting where you are. Since you mentioned you’re currently living in mold and having severe sinus issues along with mild sleep apnea, it may help to begin very gently rather than pushing yourself into intense breathwork right away. If breathing through your nose is difficult, try slow and relaxed breathing through your mouth or very light nasal breathing without forcing it. Even a few minutes of calm breathing while sitting or lying down can help regulate your nervous system. You might also find some relief with simple things like saline nasal rinses, steam inhalation, staying well hydrated, and sleeping slightly elevated to make breathing easier. With the platform itself, don’t worry about being perfectly caught up—you can usually access recordings of the reset challenge and go through them at your own pace. Many people start with the basic regulation or foundation sessions first and slowly work through the classroom from there. It can also help to check the guides or classroom section to find the core lessons, use the search bar in the group for topics like sinus issues or breathwork modifications, and ask moderators which sessions are best for beginners or for people dealing with breathing difficulties. Most importantly, be gentle with yourself when your body is dealing with inflammation, pain, and poor sleep, small consistent steps toward regulation are far more helpful than trying to keep up with everything all at once. You’re definitely not alone here, and it’s completely okay to ask for guidance until you find what works best for you.
