#3 Day 3 of 5 - Meditation Challenge (how you sit)
Do you know what Bhava means? 💛 Bhava is an ancient term meaning “becoming,” “existence,” or “state of being / feeling.” It can also describe patterns or tendencies in how we experience life (emotional habits, repeated states). When you’re learning to meditate... (COOL INFO) 😍 bhava can show up as the familiar process you build for yourself: the way you sit, the spot you choose, how you breathe, and the little steps you repeat each time to settle in. Over time, this repetition becomes a foundation — your mind naturally re-enters that meditative state because the pattern feels known and safe. Today your job is.... You can find out which way you like to sit best so you can build your Bhava from the ground up (literally). 🙋 1️⃣ See the three traditional images below. 2️⃣YES - you can be in a chair at your desk (just uncross your legs) 3️⃣YES - you can lie down, just be careful you don't fall asleep. Let us know what your favourite way to sit is here in the comments. Good luck with today's 5 mins. Another great track if you are not in love with the first two. 🧚 https://www.youtube.com/live/Nr2O6yo5-2Q?si=yFef62OZfyQ-SHxs

Easy pose is my #1 go to ◡̈ But lately due to time and energy constraints I’m sometimes practicing lying down (without falling asleep - that’s the key lol) but I am finding this recharging too when it’s possible.
#1 Day 1 of 5 - Meditation Challenge
Good morning! Your first challenge is 🔹making the time🔹 for 5 mins of quiet. Just find a spot and grab some headphones set a 5-minute timer and listen to one of my favorite tracks off YouTube. Your “🐌 task (this is your inner-observer) is to jump in this thread and list any observations you had or challenges [hungry, bored, etc] based off that I’ll create tomorrow’s so it’s designed specifically for this group. That’s the beauty of being here I teach based on need and we can make some new friends and connections. Fun right? Enjoy 😊 https://youtu.be/7W1gddjYSmQ?si=IRHOjYFyRqdxA9nM

I really enjoyed this music/ frequency. My body instantly seemed to relax when I settled down to meditate with it on. My mind was still travelling to various thoughts but it seemed to slow down after a couple minutes and was a very restful feeling. Looking forward to Day 2 ◡̈
