The Split- Book Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Literary Titan just posted a glowing review of our recent Anthology, The Split. Congratulations to all authors: Brandee Melcher, @Dr. Katherine Humphreys , @Carol Britton , @Lesley Goth , PsyD, @Carolina Cifuentes , Sierra Melcher, @Christen Bryce , MS RN, @Allison Banegas , Dr. @Erica Love , @Summer Jean @LaToya Burdiss , and @Jen Kennedy, MPA 👉If you have read our book please leave a review on GOODREADS or amazon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Read the original review "The Split gathers the voices of women who faced the unraveling of marriages, families, identities, and long-held beliefs. Across these stories, the writers look directly at pain, loss, and the complicated paths toward freedom. Instead of treating divorce or separation as a collapse, the book reframes each ending as a turning point where women choose themselves, rebuild their lives, and honor the truth that wholeness can follow even the hardest breaks. By the final pages, the collection stitches together a message that is steady and hopeful. These women are not broken, and they are becoming something stronger. Reading their words, I felt an ache in my chest more than once. The writing is striking in its honesty, and the stories breathe with real life. @Brandee Melcher ’s chapter opens with the raw confusion of childhood and grows into a powerful reclaiming of self, and her voice shook me because of how clear and grounded it becomes. Her journey from chaos to confidence made me root for her, and it reminded me how childhood patterns can shadow adulthood until we finally name them. I also found myself lingering on @Sierra Melcher s reflections on choosing peace over performance. Her reminder that children do not need perfect homes, they need healthy adults, resonated with me personally. The stories impact in different ways, but all of them bring a unique emotional punch.

When Dreams Had to Wait
Hi friends 💛 I’m excited to share some news. My first article has just been published in Awakened Magazine! It’s called: ✨ “When My Dreams Had to Wait: A Mother, an Entrepreneur, and the Return of Desire” ✨ Read the Full Article In it, I open up about something I know many of us feel but rarely name: 👉 how easy it is, especially as mothers and entrepreneurs, to put everyone else first 👉 to become so capable and so responsible 👉 that our own dreams quietly fade to the background For me, that “dreaming muscle” almost disappeared altogether. This article is about 🌒 survival 🌤️ hope returning ☀️ and relearning how to want again …not recklessly, but gently; as a practice. I wrote it especially with women, caregivers, creatives, and aspiring authors in mind — the ones who hold so much for others. I’d love for you to read it and tell me if it resonates.Thank you for being part of a community where these conversations feel welcome and safe. With love, Sierra

I am updating the course for Collaborative (CAB) Authors. I wanted to share it with you all. In this video, I share my personal writer's journey, highlighting my experiences from being a novice to publishing 18 times, including my first piece in the anthology "Single Mothers Speak on Patriarchy." I emphasize the importance of healing through writing and how my journey led to the creation of Red Thread Publishing, which has since supported around 400 authors in overcoming their fears and doubts. I encourage you to embrace your own writing journey, reminding you that every expert was once a beginner. In this community, the team and I will guide you through the emotional and logistical aspects of writing and publishing. I can't wait to connect with you and support you in this transformative process!

Happy Thanksgiving to all celebrating today! Enjoy the day, connections and conversations. Hope it is joyous for all. FEM-LED draft 1 written this early morning (not cooking today ;) - 1200-ish words to cut. Currently unfiltered, unedited writing. Leaving it for the day, but it's on paper. YAY! That Julia Child Turkey pic is hysterical!! Thank you for the morning laugh, @Sierra Melcher

That my mother knew what she was talking about when she said, "As you get older, time goes faster!" My smug 17-year old self disagreed, speaking with logic and analysis, "Mom, time doesn't go faster. Time is time. There are 24-hours in a day, 7 days in a week, 28, 30 or 31 days in a month. Time is time. Time CAN'T go faster!" We don't know what we don't know but I was sure I knew at 17-years old. She knew what she was talking about. "Time goes faster as you get older!"
