🥰 Our 1st Level 8 📈
Congrats and a BIG THANK-YOU to @Kimberly Armatys who is going to get to Level 8 this week in our community!! She's a few points away from reaching this significant milestone. When you get to Level 8, you win a 1-year Premium Membership. ...but we're going to give her a VIP Membership because she's our first Level 8 and broke the record. Let's help her get there a little sooner. Drop some 🧡 in the comments for Kimberly!!

@Kimberly Armatys You are so welcome!
One month in: a little learning
The Room is officially one month old today 😊 One thing I’ve learned pretty quickly: if I want a community that doesn’t depend on me constantly posting, I have to build for that from the beginning. So this month I’ve been paying more attention to giving members clear ways to use the space, start their own conversations, ask questions and share what’s on their mind without waiting for me. Still very early, but that’s one thing I’m definitely taking into month two.

@Brenda Rigney YES! And I think that HOST piece is such an important shift, Brenda. We can create the conditions for connection, give people ways into the conversation, and then trust them enough to let them use the space. 🩷 @Jen Ps I’ve loved watching you experiment with exactly this. You’re not trying to manufacture engagement. You’re figuring out how to make it easier for your members to make The Room their own. THAT will be so much fun to watch in month two. 😊😍

I went with the transformation. As an educator, this one really speaks to me. Teaching was never just about what I wanted someone to know. It was about what they could understand, do, or see differently because of the experience. I’m realizing a great workshop isn’t so different. The content matters, but the movement matters more.

@Sofia Robinson I love this, Sofia. And honestly, “revamping my little ghost town” made me laugh. 😂 Sometimes seeing what isn’t working gives us permission to rethink the whole experience instead of trying harder at the same things. I’m excited to see where that strategist brain takes you. And yes, absolutely worth taking the time to build it the way you want it. ❤️ Would love to see how it goes!🤗
