@Kane Ward Ill be super transparent, even if the numbers line up and the deal looks solid if my gut says no or feels some kinda way Ill walk because deals are everywhere.

What exactly is the relevance of your business credit score, since your personal guarantee score/profile is what determines your approval and limit? @Prada Jones @Derrick Loftin @Tiran Winston

With a better business credit score or better score d&b you show as a lower risk in the bank's eyes and you can get larger amounts of funding

In short yes you can do this but if you do you can not use that property that is zoned as a cemetery to live on also, you have to check to be sure that your property can be zoned as a cemetery.You have to check with local laws.You need to get the permits, and it's a bunch of hoops.It's not worth it.You can't do anything with the property.As a residence once it is zoned as a cemetery
