The Bigger The Resistance The More Aligned You Are 🔥
Hello family 💛 Happy Monday. I wanted to quickly drop a message that came to mind and has recently been revealed and confirmed to me. Have a read and let me know if you can relate or if the message resonates. I know there is a lot in the air right now. Whether personally or more generally. We are all going through a transformation and especially for those in this community this one should hit. Here it is. The bigger the resistance the more aligned you are. And I am sure if you stop and look back and reflect on your own life you will find this to be true. Think about the decisions that turned out to be the most important and most aligned for you. The ones that led to real growth and real change. Were they easy. Probably not. The most aligned decisions we can make for ourselves are almost always the ones that require us to move through the greatest amount of resistance first. When you step into a new timeline the old identity that was associated with your old life is going to try to pull you back. Your nervous system is going to pull you back towards what is familiar. Because familiarity equals safety. And the body does not know the difference between a new beginning and a threat. But stepping into a new version of yourself requires you to understand that the only thing you can control is how you choose to show up for that new timeline. Are you fully committed to the new identity. Are you releasing the limiting beliefs that kept the old version of you in place. Are you willing to step away from the environments, friendships and relationships that no longer serve who you are becoming. Because here is the truth that most people miss. The reason so many people cannot fully step into their new identity is because the old one feels safe. It is all they have ever known. And when you step into something new it can feel like your entire world is falling apart. But it is not falling apart. You are re calibrating. And that is actually a really good sign.

I’ve been working to build spiritual community locally—my resistance has been trust in others. Offering my skills in digital content creation as compensation for connections. I’ve also found that along my healing journey, trust and servitude build solid relationships. So by offering what I’ve learned on my journey via ebooks and 1:1 coaching as a donation based service, allows folks to connect on a deeper level.

Hello family 💛 It is confirmed. The somatic healing session with @Joanna Bondarowska is happening this Sunday the 7th of June at 2pm EST. So many of you showed interest and I am really excited to make this happen for the community. Here is what you need to know to prepare. 🔹 Do not eat a heavy meal within two hours of the session 🔹 Come well hydrated for the best experience 🔹 Wear comfortable clothing. Natural fabrics if possible 🔹 Joanna will be sending over a Spotify link with music beforehand. Make sure you have good sound quality ready as the music is a big part of the experience 🔹 No intention needed. Has Anyone Here Heard Of Somatic Healing? 👇
Hello family 💛 Most people on this journey focus on the mind. The thoughts. The beliefs. The patterns. And that work is powerful. But here is what often gets missed. Trauma and stress do not just live in your mind. They live in your body. In your nervous system. And until you address what is stored there you can do all the inner work in the world and still feel stuck. We have covered a lot of ground in this community recently. Survival mode. Self image. The observer. Root causes. All of it pointing to one thing. The importance of going deeper than the surface. But even when you understand the concept and catch the thought the body can still pull you back if the nervous system has not been addressed. And some of you have shared exactly that. Feeling like you are doing everything right but the results are not matching. Nervous system reactivity that is hard to shake. Patterns that keep showing up no matter how much inner work you do. A sense that something underneath is still not shifting. That is exactly what somatic healing works with. It goes beneath the mind and works directly with the nervous system to release what has been trapped there. The tension. The survival energy. The stuff that has been held so long it just feels normal. I am currently in talks with a practitioner to come and host a live group session exclusively for this community. And before you wonder whether something like this can work virtually the answer is yes. She has ways of connecting with you through the screen and the session will be hands on and experiential on your end. This is not a talk or a lecture. You will be actively involved and working with your own body in real time guided by her through the whole process. But I will only organise it if enough of you are genuinely interested. This is for you if... 🔹 You have done the inner work but still feel blocked 🔹 You carry tension or anxiety in your body you cannot shake 🔹 You want to feel more present, grounded and at ease

I was meant to read this email because: The lower three chakras form your foundation for physical survival, emotional identity, and personal power. When they're blocked, you feel unsafe, stuck, or powerless. Here’s how to work with them: 1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Base of spine · Governs: Survival, safety, basic needs (food, shelter, money), and belonging. · Common blocks: Anxiety, chronic fear, feeling ungrounded, money struggles, or repetitive relationship issues. · Unblocking practices: Walking barefoot on earth, squats or leg workouts, chanting LAM, keeping a routine, using red objects/clothing. 2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Below navel · Governs: Emotions, creativity, sexuality, pleasure, and change. · Common blocks: Guilt about desire, creative block, numbness, low libido, codependency, or rigid control over emotions. · Unblocking practices: Hip-opening yoga (pigeon, goddess pose), water rituals (swimming, baths), journaling feelings, dancing freely, repeating VAM, surrounding yourself with orange. 3. Solar Plexus (Manipura) – Upper belly · Governs: Willpower, confidence, discipline, self-esteem, and taking action. · Common blocks: Chronic indecision, low energy, victim mentality, perfectionism, or aggressive control issues. · Unblocking practices: Core exercises (boat pose), fire breathing (kapalabhati), setting small boundaries daily, sunlight exposure, chanting RAM, wearing yellow. These chakras build upward like a house foundation—root first, then sacral, then solar plexus. If you feel chronically ungrounded, start with the root before trying to "boost confidence" (solar plexus). A simple daily check-in: Do I feel safe? Do I feel joy? Do I feel my own power?
