How do you guys meditate? I've been trying to make my own "technique", but in this topic there are too many dogmats. For me the coziest meditation is while lying on acupressure mat. I love the feeling of acupressure, after few minutes I'm fresh and have more energy.
I meditate with the music focusing on the chakras, which is the best technique I have tried, and I have tried many of them. I have meditated regularly for more than 10 years. It's beneficial to stay grounded, especially on the spiritual path where it's easy to feel lost and disconnected. Regular spiritual practices, self-realization, and spending time in nature help me maintain my balance. I also have days when I choose plant-based proteins over meat, believing that lighter foods carry a different energy. This helps me reach deeper states of spiritual frequency without compromising my physical gainzz. 🧘♂️
