Airtable Interface limits killing me - what should I use instead?
I'm building a sales coaching dashboard where AI analyzes calls and shows insights to managers. Backend works great with n8n and Claude but Airtable Interfaces are way too limited for what I need. Can't customize colors properly, layouts look basic, filters are clunky. I'm trying to charge 1200 a month and the dashboard looks like a Google Sheet. I need something that connects to Airtable or any database and actually looks professional without spending six months building a custom app. I've heard Softr, Stacker, Noloco mentioned but don't know which one is actually good for this. What are you using for client dashboards that looks premium but doesn't cost a fortune? I'm at zero clients so I need to move fast but also can't show prospects something that looks thrown together. What's the move here?

"Appreciate the breakdown—yeah that 'Google Sheet in a Halloween costume' is exactly the vibe I was getting lol. Looking more into it Airtable costs way too much per seat taking into account data volume I will be getting so I'm thinking of switching to Postgres and Retool for the dashboard. What are your thoughts on this approach? Also I very much appreciated the feedback thanks!

@Pramod George Yeah thats exactly what I'm trying to do
Is AI Lead Qualification for Cold Outreach Already Solved?
Quick validation question for the group: Agencies doing cold email outreach get 50-200+ replies/week but struggle to respond fast and qualify them properly. I'm seeing tools like Lemlist AI, Instantly, Smartlead doing basic auto-responses. My question: Is there still a gap for intelligent qualification (asking budget/timeline, routing hot leads, booking qualified meetings), or is this already solved? Would agencies still pay for this? Thinking about building a custom qualifier using n8n + open ai API, but don't want to build something that already exists. For those building in this space: Real need or saturated market? Honest feedback appreciated! 🙏
@Sammiy Autos Sent you a dm
I was thinking of having a tiered qualification system in place that the AI can reference and still have the human in the loop for the first month or two for the emails that the AI thinks it would not be able to handle. Later integrate the data it already has collected from the conversations and make it use that as a frame for further conversations. Do you think this approach would work and also what would you pay for this system?
Which Voice AI platform for my use case?
Hi guys, I'm new to building Voice AI agents so I would need help. I'm currently building a custom project for my client. I've attached a diagram so that it's easier to visualise. Let's keep it simple for now and just focus on the Voice AI section: He essentially wants a simple high level agent that decides the intent of the inbound call. Customer looking for support --> Customer Support Agent Customer interested in their services/product --> Sales Agent Customer has billing issues --> Financial/Admin Agent ... and maybe more agents (potential for scale) I think my main decider between all the Voice AI platforms available would be the agent transfer/routing feature, ease of use, and maintainability. Here are my thoughts and experience so far: Vapi - Overwhelming. Really developer centric. I think I have to manually integrate RAG on n8n/make.com? Can't seem to make routing and transfering work for some reason. ElevenLabs - So far the new Workflow feature does what I want. Just slightly clunky at the moment. Might be too pricey for my client. Retell AI - Has agent transfer feature. Probably by far the most promising of them all. Synthflow - Not sure how to get multi-agent thing to work just yet, or you probably can't? But you can use one agent for Voice/WhatsApp/Email/Widget. Curious what you guys think. Do let me know if there's anything else I need to clarify :)

HarsH journey of 2025
2025 is coming to an end… and honestly, this year has been wild. At the start of this year, I was just a 17-year-old kid with no real skills — just a promise to myself that I’d learn something valuable and start earning before the year ends. So I started as a crazy kid with crypto trading. Lasted a month. When I finally tried investing, I realized I had only $5–10 saved from two months… lost that too. 💀 Then came the “trying everything” phase — affiliate marketing, content creation, digital products, animation — all failed. But I didn’t stop. In May, I found Python. At first, it was like reading alien language — I wasn’t technical at all. But I stayed consistent, learned from YouTube and ChatGPT, and within 5–6 months, I could build web scraping and automation projects. Saved $20, bought connects on Upwork, and tried to get my first client…But no reviews = no jobs. Lost connects and even hope. Still didn’t quit. After high school, I joined college and along with continued learning Agentic AI — LangChain, LangGraph, and all that good stuff — while keeping top grades. But deep down, something felt off… I wasn’t moving closer to my goal. Due to financial issues, I left college and went all in on AI + automation.Built RAGs, agents, automations — then discovered n8n, and it instantly clicked. Now I can build AI automations using Python + n8n, and I’m still learning every single day. I haven’t landed clients yet, but realised one things that I’ve already won in mindset.I’m not the same kid who just dreams — now this kid can make not everything but something valuable for someone. I still get demotivation thoughts to give up but i always go alone and said WHY I STARTED and it fuels me 🔥 Let me know if any body is similar here. or I can help someone so he help me in achieving my goal.

You're gonna get those clients soon I know it
Working 9-5 a building an agency
got a 9–5? you don’t need to quit. You need 3–4 focused hours a day. → 1 hour before work → 2 hours after → weekends = 15+ bonus hours That’s 25 hours/week you can build a real business in that. But only if you cut the noise. → no scrolling → no fake “research” → no 6-hour logo design sessions Instead: → pick 1 skill (lead gen, automation, landing pages) → offer it to real businesses → learn + sell every day → get your first client → stack momentum $10K/month isn’t magic. it’s just a few hours a day—used well. 👇 what’s stopping you from starting tonight?
