Tuesday Testimonial
“In 30 minutes, Tyler laid out a plan. By the next morning, I woke up 15 minutes before my alarm — unthinkable before” Remember team, when you have the right process in place, not “more to process” but the RIGHT PROCESS, life really can be a lot easier. Who’s crushing their sleep lately?

@Tyler Buckingham I try to be in bed at 21:30, and wake up whenever (normally around 06:00 ish) but my days are quite active lately. I wake up, eat breakfast and go work-out . A training can vary between 45 mins and 3 hours.(in the furture even up to 5 hours) After that I have time to shower and get ready for work. Which is also quite active since I’m a climbing instructor and snowboard teacher. My rest days at Sundays haven’t been rest days for the last 14 weeks. (From next week on it will be). Long story short; my body is exhausted Even if I sleep my 8 hours a day. It’s too short to fully recover

@Tyler Buckingham ive not heard of it, looked it up and it said cold showers. Combined with hot ones. I’ve not really tried it, ever so often I’ll turn the heat down, not with the intention to do the therapy, just because I’m hot and wanna cool down. And about the injury; yes it’s still there. Physio told me: “professionally I have to tell you to stop training , but I know your goal. For short term you can train, but don’t do it for months on end”
Sunday Setup
How do you set yourself up for success on a Sunday? Is today a rest day? Is today a get ready for the week and prepare day? What does Sunday look like for you?

Sports wise Sunday is rest day, but I still work(ed) on Sundays. From next week on I’ve took Sundays off, noticed my body had no chance to recover because my job can be quite active aswell. Beside that we have the obligations at home; dishes, laundry ,clean up the messes,ect
Thriving Thursday?
On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your week so far? Who is thriving? Who is needing support? Who is operating at a 10/10? Who is clinging to a 3/10? Let’s be a team and help each other out!

@Tyler Buckingham thanks for the offer but talking about everything is weird. I mean feels weird… with typing I have time to think about the way I’m gonna say stuff. With talking I’m trying to figure out what I’m feeling,why, and at the same time I have to explain it in a way others can understand

@Tyler Buckingham thanks ❤️
Here we go again
Been working out it’s week 13, goal is in sight And again…. An injury. This time a calf strain. I’m so tired of this, it’s always happening when life starts going the right way. I’m trying to keep my mind positive but it’s really hard. So if you have advice ? It’s welcome

I tried to follow a program this time, one what was created for my goal. Only thing which may have been too much is that in combination with work. (My job can me quite active and a total steps is more often than not 25k or even more, so it’s some time on my feet) This program is 19 weeks, currently I’m at the 13th. I’m too close to stop. My perfectionism doesn’t allow me to adjust the plan, because in my mind (I know it doesn’t have to be true) adjusting is the beginning of stopping. And even if I continue with the adjustment, at the end I’m the 19th week I won’t feel accomplished because I did not finish the way it was intended. So am I gonna be stubborn and just push thru it in the hope I won’t destroy my body in the next 6 weeks? Am I able to do something with work? Do I have to live with myself and adjust the plan ? Sorry I sounds like vending and finding excuses on your video, but these are the questions I’m asking myself now
My journey pt. 2
Stop abandoning yourself. It’s time to aim for The 7/10 Standard across the board. Sure, turn a dial or two up for a season, but don’t make the mistake like I did and let everything else fall off because of it. Raise your standards before your expectations aka your floor before your ceiling. And for those that are tired of abandoning yourself, I want to hear in the comments below where you’re struggling.
