A practical framework for building MVPs with Lovable
After building multiple MVPs with Lovable, I realized something important: Building MVPs is no longer limited by coding skills. It’s limited by how clearly you define the product. AI can build almost anything. But only if you give it the right structure. Here’s the exact framework I follow: 1. Start with real problems I don’t start with ideas. I start with problems. I explore Reddit, Discord, and YouTube comments to see what people are struggling with. This helps ensure I’m building something useful and relevant, not just something interesting to me. When the problem is clear, everything else becomes easier. 2. Create a clear blueprint using a PRD prompt Before building, I use Lovable to generate a PRD (Product Requirements Document). This helps define: - Pages and routes - User flow - Core features - Product structure This step is critical. It acts like a roadmap and removes confusion during development. Without structure, AI produces inconsistent results. With structure, it produces production-ready output. 3. Build the skeleton first Next, I generate the basic UI structure: - Layout - Navigation - Pages I don’t worry about features yet. The goal is to create a clean foundation that can be extended easily. 4. Add features incrementally I add one feature at a time using focused prompts. This keeps the system stable and easier to debug. It also helps Lovable produce more accurate results. Trying to build everything at once usually creates messy output. Incremental building works much better. 5. Add authentication Once the core product works, I add authentication using Supabase. This includes: - Login and registration - Password reset - Email verification - Protected routes This makes the product ready for real users. 6. Deploy and iterate Finally, I deploy the product. You can deploy directly from Lovable or connect GitHub and deploy via Vercel or Netlify. Once live, I improve the product based on real usage and feedback.

January is gone. My calendar is full. 21 qualified opportunities. 3 deals closed. $17,490 in revenue.
I generated 21 qualified sales opportunities in 10 days. 3 already closed. $17,490 in new revenue. And I didn't write a single email manually. Most B2B companies are still doing prospect research by hand. Clicking through websites. Taking notes. Crafting "personalized" emails that take 10 minutes each. Then they wonder why their reply rates are under 2%. I built a different system. It researches prospects automatically. Scrapes their entire website (not just the homepage). Analyzes what they actually do. And generates icebreakers that sound like a human spent 20 minutes studying their business. Because that's exactly what the AI does. Here's how it works: - Step 1: Feed it a prospect's website URL. The system crawls every page. Service pages. Case studies. Blog posts. Team bios. Everything. - Step 2: Converts all that HTML into clean, structured text. This is what most people skip. Raw HTML is useless to AI. Clean data is everything. - Step 3: AI analyzes their business model, challenges, and opportunities. Then generates multiple personalized icebreaker options. You pick the best one. Send. The entire process takes 10 seconds per prospect. The results speak for themselves. (See the screenshots) But here's the thing most people miss: Personalization isn't about using someone's first name or company name. It's about showing you understand their business. When you reference their specific service offering, their recent case study, or a challenge their industry is facing right now, people respond. Not because it's clever. Because it's relevant. My background: I co-founded Marketing By Prof, an AI automation agency that just crossed 21K Instagram followers. We get 400K+ organic views per month sharing exactly how we build these systems. Over 10,000 people download our free templates monthly. I'm not sharing theory. This is what I use every single day to fill my pipeline. I'm giving away the exact workflow. No email capture. No hoops. Just duplicate it and plug in your prospects.

I just rebuilt my entire website—and the results speak for themselves.
Three months ago, I hired a WordPress developer to build my site. It looked good, but it wasn't generating the leads I needed. So I rolled up my sleeves and rebuilt it myself. Here's what changed: 1. Custom WordPress theme built from scratch 2. Designed to convert visitors into clients 3. Reflects my actual brand and approach I've attached screenshots of both versions. Quick challenge: Can you guess which one the developer built vs. which one I created? Drop your answer in the comments. This got me thinking—I build full web apps and SaaS platforms regularly, not just WordPress sites. Maybe it's time to offer web design and development services alongside my automation work. If you're sitting on a website that's not converting, let's talk. My team and I can help you upgrade. 📧 Reach out: hasnain@nisarautomates.com P.S. Built this using Cursor AI and Antigravity.Google. If you're not using AI tools in your workflow yet, you're leaving money on the table. If this redesign resonates with you, give it a like—and I'll see you in the next post.

New Video: Turn Any Link Into Videos Automatically (Link → Video Automation)
I just published a new YouTube video where I show how I turn any link — news, products, blogs, or listings — into ready-to-publish videos using n8n. In the video, you’ll see: - How the automation works - A live demo and final video examples - Ideas on how you can use this system to get more views and move faster than others 👉 The full n8n workflow is available only in the paid community, but this video will give you a clear overview and inspiration. If you’re curious about automating content creation and posting faster, check out the video and let me know what you think.
