Training Your Thoughts
I found the quotes below, by written Em Tyler, and needed to share because they align with God's Word for "renewing our minds." ♡Every time you pray, you’re training your brain to trust. ♡Every time you worship, you’re rewiring your heart toward joy. ♡Every time you return to scripture, you’re forming a faith that endures. ♡Transformation isn’t in the big moment. It’s in the daily return. Written by: Em Tyler

Welcome
Hey Sisterfriends, Welcome to our online training Skool community. Posts, teaching, tips, updates, and videos for our ALIVE Community Workshops and Alive Reset & Restart Dream It Journal and Planner workshops will be housed on this Skool. This community was birthed because life can leave us feeling stuck, weary, overwhelmed or uncertain of what comes next. The good news is that God restores, heals, and makes all things new. With group coaching offered through our ministry, women are encouraged to heal, grow, and walk confidently in their God-given identity. We will learn that God’s plan for us didn’t end with our past. Through biblical teaching, community, and faith-based resources, you’ll be equipped to live with purpose, freedom, and hope—one step at a time. Friends, We Are Created for More! This community exists to help women experience the love of God and the freedom found only in Jesus Christ. Here, you’ll be reminded of who you are in Him and empowered to live a life of victory, healing, and abundance—no matter your season. A Place Where Women Rise in Christ This is more than a community —it’s a journey toward healing and wholeness. Women from all walks of life are welcomed here to be renewed in faith, restored in identity, and strengthened in their walk with God. If you’re ready to break free from fear, shame, and uncertainty and step into the abundant life Jesus promised, you belong here. You will also be able to post your questions, praise reports or concerns on this site. Rev. Georgetta Head Christian Empowerment & Budget Coach

Tips For Evicting Procrastination
Procrastination is an emotional wound that has a "root" cause. The"root cause:" Procrastination is not poor time management or laziness, but rather an inability to manage negative moods and emotions (e.g., boredom, anxiety, insecurity) surrounding a task. It is a coping mechanism. Steps to Dismantling the Spirit of procrastination is to: Recognize that it is often an emotional issue—such as fear of failure or perfectionism—rather than a time management problem. Eliminate Distractions: Remove temptations, such as putting your phone in another room or blocking websites, turn the TV off, e.g. remove anything that is a distraction trigger to create a focused environment. Break Large Tasks into Small Action Steps: Divide overwhelming tasks/projects into small actionable tasks, making it less intimidating. Use the 5-Minute Rule: Tasks you keep putting off until tomorrow break it into a task that takes less than 5 minutes to begin (e.g. "read one page" instead of "read for an hour"). Set Clear Deadlines/Time Blocks: Use your phone's alarm to schedule your tasks and to manage your time, such as: Set alarm for 25 minutes of work. Take a 5 minute break. Repeat as often as needed to complete task. Celebrate: When you have achieved your goal, celebrate! Treat yourself to something special and share your accomplishment. Accountability: Record tasks you currently have computed in your mind. Now, select one task from your list and write action steps to complete it. Record your selected task with an assigned start date and completion date. Now record this task on Skool for encouragementand support.
