Welcome
Hey Sisterfriends, Welcome to our online training Skool community. Posts, teaching, tips, updates, and videos for our ALIVE Community Workshops and Alive Reset & Restart Dream It Journal and Planner workshops will be housed on this Skool. This community was birthed because life can leave us feeling stuck, weary, overwhelmed or uncertain of what comes next. The good news is that God restores, heals, and makes all things new. With group coaching offered through our ministry, women are encouraged to heal, grow, and walk confidently in their God-given identity. We will learn that God’s plan for us didn’t end with our past. Through biblical teaching, community, and faith-based resources, you’ll be equipped to live with purpose, freedom, and hope—one step at a time. Friends, We Are Created for More! This community exists to help women experience the love of God and the freedom found only in Jesus Christ. Here, you’ll be reminded of who you are in Him and empowered to live a life of victory, healing, and abundance—no matter your season. A Place Where Women Rise in Christ This is more than a community —it’s a journey toward healing and wholeness. Women from all walks of life are welcomed here to be renewed in faith, restored in identity, and strengthened in their walk with God. If you’re ready to break free from fear, shame, and uncertainty and step into the abundant life Jesus promised, you belong here. You will also be able to post your questions, praise reports or concerns on this site. Rev. Georgetta Head Christian Empowerment & Budget Coach

Discovering "Who Am I"
In one of our workshops a Sister made a statement that is common to all women: "I don’t know who I am! My life has been absorbed with taking care of others, forgetting about self. Now I need to find me!" We all knew what she meant. She lost her identity and her dreams. Our Sister is in a new season. She’s an empty-nester retiree with time on her hands, wanting to discover her purpose and plan for life. Many are in the same dilemma as our Sister, but the good news is that we don’t have to stay stagnant. Father God wants to help you rewrite your story. He wants us to enjoy life. He wants us to use the gifts and talents He already blessed us with. An abundant, joy-filled life is not selfish—it’s stewardship of who He created you to be. Begin by: 1. Asking Father God for a recall of your dreams and desires. There were dreams you once carried that may have been buried under responsibility. Ask Him to bring them back to your remembrance. He placed those desires in your heart for a reason (Psalm 37:4). Pray: “Lord, remind me of who You created me to be.” 2. In your journal, do a “Dream Dump.” Write without filtering. No editing. No judging. Just release it onto paper. Old dreams. New ideas. Secret desires. Things you’ve always wanted to try. This is between you and God. Let it flow. 3. Make a list of what you enjoy doing. Joy leaves clues. What makes you feel alive? Teaching? Organizing? Decorating? Writing? Encouraging others? Serving? Creating? These are not random interests — they are indicators of purpose. 4. Identify the lies that rewrote your story. Somewhere along the way you may have believed: “It’s too late.” “I missed my opportunity.” “My season is over.” “I’m too old.” Those are not from Father God. Replace every lie with truth. Your latter days can be greater than your former days (Haggai 2:9). 5. Take one small courageous step. Rewriting your story doesn’t require a giant leap. It requires one obedient step. Sign up for the class. Start the blog. Join the ministry. Volunteer. Launch the idea. Small obedience opens big doors.

Tips For Evicting Procrastination
Procrastination is an emotional wound that has a "root" cause. The"root cause:" Procrastination is not poor time management or laziness, but rather an inability to manage negative moods and emotions (e.g., boredom, anxiety, insecurity) surrounding a task. It is a coping mechanism. Steps to Dismantling the Spirit of procrastination is to: Recognize that it is often an emotional issue—such as fear of failure or perfectionism—rather than a time management problem. Eliminate Distractions: Remove temptations, such as putting your phone in another room or blocking websites, turn the TV off, e.g. remove anything that is a distraction trigger to create a focused environment. Break Large Tasks into Small Action Steps: Divide overwhelming tasks/projects into small actionable tasks, making it less intimidating. Use the 5-Minute Rule: Tasks you keep putting off until tomorrow break it into a task that takes less than 5 minutes to begin (e.g. "read one page" instead of "read for an hour"). Set Clear Deadlines/Time Blocks: Use your phone's alarm to schedule your tasks and to manage your time, such as: Set alarm for 25 minutes of work. Take a 5 minute break. Repeat as often as needed to complete task. Celebrate: When you have achieved your goal, celebrate! Treat yourself to something special and share your accomplishment. Accountability: Record tasks you currently have computed in your mind. Now, select one task from your list and write action steps to complete it. Record your selected task with an assigned start date and completion date. Now record this task on Skool for encouragementand support.
