Because I already know that most of my buyers are willing to pay 70% of asking price whether its ON/OFF market, I think I am willing to find an agency of agents one by one who can agree to 4.5% commission, 3% or 2.5% paid standard, and then when we close they can reach out to me for the difference to build relationships and better connections?
