So this just happened.
I knew this was coming. West wellness account is still Up but they officially deactivated The Peptique Account. I feel like West Wellness is next. 😩
So this just happened.

I’m hoping there’s a class action lawsuit in the future. This isn’t right! Grrr.
Updated Peptide Guide Attached!
Hi Ladies, I have updated the peptide guide to include the amount of vials needed to complete cycles of things. I also added in a few products that were not included on the last one! I hope this is helpful! When you view it and don't download it you will notice some grey lines. You have to download it to get the clear one. Something about the viewer here is causing that!

Thank you, Tara. 😀 Podcast episode idea for you: long term cycling and dosing of Reta or other GLPs. You and I covered some of this in my consult. So after hitting goal weight you recommend staying on for a couple more months to establish your new weight set point, then cycle off. When you cycle back on, at what dose? Etc.
Protein Intake While on Retatrutide
Can we share tips on easy ways to keep our protein intake up while on a peptide like Reta? I’ll share mine, but I’m always looking for more ideas! My appetite is pretty weak right now. Yesterday I tallied 88g but my goal is 100g. And I don’t like meat so it’s a challenge! ✅ Add a scoop of protein powder to your yogurt (23g) ✅ Top soups and salads and anything else with Parmesan cheese (2g per tablespoon) ✅ Be sure to drink your collagen powder! (14g) ✅ Add cottage cheese to pasta sauce (12g per half cup) and look for recipes that include it. I just made a soup that combined cottage cheese with a can of whole, peeled tomatoes, bone broth, and spices. I’m going to try one I saw for “pizza bowls” that is cottage-cheese based. There are also delicious cottage cheese pancake recipes. ✅For your morning coffee, try a cold brew latte using 1/2 c milk. (4g) ✅ Add chick peas or beans to salads and recipes when possible. ✅While expensive, Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast cereal occasionally goes on sale so I stock up. It’s gluten-free too. (1/2 c =11g) They have other flavors too.

Today I made Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowls. I’m gluten-free and was thrilled to find something that tastes this close to pizza: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use a 22oz oven-proof glass container or similar, something at least 2” deep. Layer the bottom with 3/4 c cottage cheese. Add 2 T pizza sauce, 1 T grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and the pizza toppings of your choice such as black olives, red onion, bell pepper, pepperoni…mix in. Now top with more pizza sauce, 3 or 4 T shredded mozzarella and more of your favorite toppings. Bake 12 minutes until bubbly. You can scoop with pita chips like a dip or just eat by the spoonful.

A good find for protein: Javvy protein coffee. If you make it with a scoop of the coffee powder and use whole milk, you end up with 18g protein for 220 calories. I’ve had it a few times when I’m not hungry for food but need it. There’s a slight aftertaste but I’m getting used to it. It’s sugar-free. I have the mocha flavor.
Lower HRV - Hyperthyroid
Hello to everyone! I wanted to see if anyone has noticed a lowered HRV on certain peptides? Mine tends to be lower while on peptides in general. I personally have not been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, but my thyroid numbers lean in that over active direction. I think this might impact the way I personally metabolize peptides. Any comments or thoughts are welcome! Loving this community!

Yes, my Oura ring app has reported decreased HRV both weeks since I started on Reta. I don’t have any thyroid issues.
Reta Weight Gain
Just finished Week 1 of Reta (very low dose) and did a weigh-in. I gained two pounds. I noticed my rings had gotten very tight on my fingers in the last several days so I know it’s bloating. When searching online, water retention isn’t mentioned as a side effect so I’m puzzled. I drank lots of water and herbal tea this week, ate my normal (healthy) diet, didn’t add any supplements or meds, only other change was Reta and DSIP and Epitalon for sleep. I am not prone to bloating 🤔

@Lindsay ONeal That’s so interesting! This morning my rings came off my fingers a bit easier so I decided to weigh myself again for the heck of it and I was down exactly one pound from yesterday, but still a net gain of one pound. I’m in it for the long haul and didn’t expect to lose any weight for a while but was very surprised to gain water weight. I do focus on protein. Thank you for that reminder. Water too! 🤗
