Attorneys. Why? Because those industries have respect for the process. This is 100% industry self-inflicted pain. Agents were taught to:• Open doors• Never explain the process• Make everything look “fun and easy”• Talk trash about other agents to friends and even clients And then we’re shocked when the public thinks: Agents do nothing Agents are replaceable Agents aren’t worth the money That might not be entirely your fault. But it is your problem. So let’s be honest… What is your process? Phone call: ☎️ Hi, is blank there?Hey it’s Vik with 127 Realty Group, your local neighborhood expert located right here in your city (weird AF). I’m calling because you inquired about 345 Somewhere Street. When can we get you inside? Oh cool just looking, awesome. When are you looking to buy? Is this the type of home you want? Anything missing? Are you working with an agent? Are you pre-approved? I have a great lender. I ’m available anytime. Day. Night. Weekend. Right now.(desperation is absolutely dripping) Are you sure you don’t want to rush over right now? Okay fine, I’ll put you on a drip. You’ll get the same homes Zillow, Realtor.com, and 10 other agents are sending you. Oh and I do get off-market deals…(no you don’t — you get maybe two a year, relax)…but I can’t show them until we meet. I’ll call you in 90 days.(You won’t.) The truth? You HARD Pressured the crud out of them. You know nothing about what is making them think about moving, wanting to buy. You might of found out they have some kids, want to be closer to work, need more or less space, but ZERO motivation and was so hard on the sales pressure you don't book the appointment.

It’s for sure not far from what people think. It was funny though and yes we have certainly added to the perception and realities out there! Though I’m grateful for TRIS and its efforts to elevate our industry and us as agents!! You are changing the profession one agent at a time!
2 Types of agents in todays world
Real World happened yesterday Agent 1• Closes 40% of appointments• Knows she can do better with a better system• Wants to increase close rate to 65%• Wants more time with her kids and real freedom• Sees agents in her market closing 70–80% and still having a life• Wants to sharpen her sword Agent 2• Ran 80 appointments last year• Closed 22%• 62 people chose another agent• Works 10 hours a day• Wants to add 2 more hours to make more money• Has missed years of family moments chasing clients• Wants a better lead source instead of a better process Both make mid six figures. Only one is actually scaling their life. One agent is trying to solve an efficiency problem with more effort.The other is solving it with skill, structure, and psychology. It’s 2026. Are you going to:• Work harder• Chase more leads• Add more hours• Ride a bigger commission roller coaster Or are you ready for the real shift: I don’t need more effort.I need a sharper axe.I want a higher quality life. Having been with TRESA my business doubled from 2024 to 2025! Having the right process, knowing what to say and being able to book appts on the spot has changed life! I’ve also grown personally and can’t be more grateful For what this program and the people in it have done!
From W2 to 37 Deals: Taylor’s “Healthy Obsession”
Let me tell you a quick story about Taylor. Just under a year ago, he was like a lot of folks brand new to the game, working a W2, and wondering if he had what it takes to really win in real estate. Most people dabble. Taylor didn’t. He got clear. He got focused. And he got obsessed — in the healthiest way possible. He zeroed in on investors. He studied the process. He recorded his calls. He reviewed his own game tapes like a pro athlete would. Today? He’s done 37 transactions this year alone. and September? He added 3 more closings and has 6 pending. Let that sink in. More than 95% of full-time agents and he still has a W2 job. & this month he is the award winner of our TRIS Performance Award. & trust me it's hard to choose monthly because we have a lot of agents in private training with us that are doing lots of volume. But why did he get these results? Because he didn't settle for average. He got obsessed with being great. He even flew across the country to spend 2 full days with me, @Vikram Deol , and our tribe leaders just to be around the kind of people who would force his growth. No excuses. Just commitment. Now here’s where it gets real... Taylor’s got a baby on the way. He can’t make the next event in Feb. But you know what he did do? He paid for someone else in the community to go. Why? Because he believes that much in what we’re building. He knows what it did for him — and now he wants that for others. That’s the difference between average and great. Average agents don’t study. They don’t prepare. They don’t invest in themselves. They say “maybe later.” Not Taylor. He got obsessed. He got results. And he’s not a superhero. He just followed the TRIS process. Now, if you’re reading this and you’re sick of playing small, whether it’s: - Escaping the 9-5 - Providing more for your family - Taking your first real vacation - Or retiring your parents... I will say I was B2… at least feeling broke and getting bitter because I was doing a lot of work with not a lot of results.. Tired and frustrated…along came TRESA!! There are not enough words for how this program and community has changed me and my business! ❤️

It’s amazing how having clear parameters, a process coupled with great conversation and a few good pieces of info/proof can be a game changer with clients! Everything just makes so much sense in this program
