This week was a reminder that business growth isn't always about one big win. Sometimes it's about solving problems, learning new systems, building relationships, and taking one step forward each day. This week I: ✅ Continued working through a Medicare/Palmetto issue and learned the importance of persistence, documentation, and following the process. ✅ Explored ways to improve our business systems, including accounting integrations, automation, and creating more efficient workflows. ✅ Continued researching government contracting opportunities and discussing strategy with our team. ✅ Uploaded new podcast content focused on hospice care, caregiver support, patient advocacy, and helping families navigate complex healthcare decisions. ✅ Connected with other entrepreneurs and community owners to learn new ideas and perspectives. ✅ Received some wonderful feedback from business partners and customers that reminded me why serving people well always matters. One thing I've learned over the years is that growth often happens in the small things we do consistently. Every conversation, every lesson learned, every process improved, and every person helped adds up over time. I'd love to hear from you: 👉 What was one win, lesson, or challenge you experienced this week? Let's celebrate progress together. 🚀
